Apartment holiday rentals in Randwick City Council

Anna was the optimum host- friendly, incredibly accommodating, very responsive and so generous opening her immaculately appointed home. What I hadn’t seen from the photos was in incredible ocean views from almost every window. A peaceful and uplifting nest that was so comfortable for our family of four to touch base with the best of Sydney (my hometown) whilst visiting from Berlin. I couldn’t recommend more highly !

Quiet , spacious , clean and excellent location . Plenty of kitchen utensils , lovely bathroom , great A/C , comfy bed and lounge and peaceful private yard . As mentioned previously, Arden St is a steep hill with steps to get to the beach/ shops , but you can go across the block then down the park if needed which is easier and much less steps. Grumpy Baker - good coffee and excellent food .

we needed a last minute place to stay as the accommodation we had booked online was nothing like the representations I contacted Andrew & Adriana and they responded instantly and were wonderful to deal with - saved the weekend. the apartment is tastefully renovated, lovely garden & private aspect, all amenities you could need (except coffee machine but coffee shops around the corner for addicts like me) and just delightful place to spend as "home" while we were in Sydney bed was great, linen clean & crisp, shower hot, kitchen well appointed and lovely sunny morning light will book it again when we stay at Coogee next time Graeme

We had a good stay at Luke's place. He made sure that everything was perfectly fine upon arrival. An issue that had arisen shortly before the time of our booking was resolved in a short time. The location is amazing. You are close to the sea and good beaches. A trip to central Sydney takes 20 minutes with a bus that stops in front of the door.

Isabelle's place was an excellent location to stay for us - quiet yet near Randwick centre for food and eating out, close to the trams to get to central Sydney and to buses to get to beaches, yet sufficiently away from it all to be able to escape hustle and bustle when needed - wonderful place to stay and use as a base. Isabelle was also very responsive, and sorted a minor issue we had within the hour - can't say better than that. Also, Isabelle provided us with chairs to sit in the communal garden, and advised of the communal pool - both wonderful on a hot day Would happily recommend to others looking for a base to explore Sydney....be it the city and / or the beaches - and Randwick was a joy to visit

Ms Xin was an amazing host. Incredibly pro-active and even checked in after a couple of days which was lovely. The apartment is an oasis of calm with the best shampoos, toothbrushes, lotions. Completely spotless too. The beach is beautiful and the walk from Coogee to Bondi recommended. A little chilly this time of year (May) so dress warm!

A perfectly located little oasis of calm. Inside had everything I needed, was clean and cosy in calming, light, neutral colors. Outside was just minutes from shopping, dining and services on Coogee Bay Road, and to the beautiful Coogee Beach. No car needed - walking and public transport were great. Also convenient for getting to Randwick shops and UNSW.

Kerry is an excellent host and went out of his way to welcome us upon arrival… Such a wonderful and pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay here! Would definitely consider coming back to this beautiful gem in the future! Thanks again Kerry you are the best! Avi &Ronen

Grazy’s home was fantastic. As described in the listing, but even better in person, the photos don’t do it completely justice. Fantastic neighborhood too, with plenty shops and cafes locally for your needs. Grazy was also super easy to get hold of and there to help with anything needed. Highly recommend

We loved our stay. Beautiful views of the city and ocean. Good location. Easy walk into maroubra, gradual hill coming back. Would highly recommend and likely stay here again next time we visit Sydney.

My husband and I loved our stay at Jo and Graham’s Bondi apartment. The unit is extremely modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and loved the natural light and balcony for our mid afternoon siestas while we adjusted to the time zone. Jo was extremely communicative and an absolutely wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The unit is a short 15 min walk downhill to the beach — we ended up walking Sydney quite a bit and had a great stay. It’s also a close ~10 min drive to great restaraunt in Surry Hills, Paddington etc. If you want to be tucked away from the high traffic crowds of Bondi but still have easy walking / driving access — this apartment couldn’t be better!

Hiram was a fantastic host. Always there to answer questions and accommodated us with our small baby (with high chair and cot plus early and late check in which really helped our babies sleep routine) the property was immaculate and in such a perfect location. I would love to stay again when we visit Bondi! Thank you Hiram.

We had an amazing stay at LivedIn Coogee. It was a beautifully decorated listing where we felt right at home! It had more than space for two and the king size bed and linen was incredibly comfy. Vanessa was extremely responsive, helpful and hospitable throughout the entire stay. We had a later return flight and she was understanding with accommodating a later checkout and allowed us to store our bags there until we had to take off. Highly recommend the area, it is off a main street and easy to drive/uber to nearby beaches (not very walkable as hilly).

This was my second time staying at Jeni’s place. The location is fantastic for access to beach and shops. Jeni’s place is very comfortable with a beautiful aesthetic. Jeni goes out of her way to ensure you have what you need including staples like bread, milk and condiments on arrival. We had a fabulous time and I hope to be able to stay again when we next need to travel to Sydney!

Jeffery’s apartment was perfect for our week in Coogee. It has everything you need and is a really lovely designed space. Thanks for a great stay!

A pleasant walk from the station. Plenty of space. 3min walk to Woolworths and parks.

Peter's place was great! Amazing location, walking distance to great restaurants. Otherwise his place also has underground parking which is super convenient. Peter was also very accommodating and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed and even allowed with an earlier check-in. We are a family of 4 staying with little ones and found the place very comfortable and spacious. The beds were great and there is Aircon throughout the apartment. We stayed during winter so the washer and dryer was also very handy. Overall, would definitely recommend!

So many great things to say about our stay at John’s place. Check in was easy, his communications were outstanding and very welcoming. John truly cares about creating a first class experience. The place is in great condition with excellent floor coverings, comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a stay. The complex is very secure and top quality. Property is located on several bus lines making access to Sydney very convenient. Great local restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Beautiful terrace with a nice view of downtown. We will definitely look to stay with John again if we are back in Sydney. Thanks for providing a great space for our family vacation John!

Had a great stay at this well-located apartment in Eastgardens. The space was comfortable and well-sized, making it a great spot to relax. Having parking included was a huge plus. The location couldn’t be better shopping, dining, and entertainment are all just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical and well-situated place to stay in Sydney!

This apartment is great! fully furnished! Good location, two blocks from the mall and marketplace. Easy to Uber to downtown CBD, got parking, the sauna is great as well as the pool!
