Holiday rentals with a patio in Randwick

This spot was perfect! The cleanest apartment, an amazing location walking distance from both the beach and the metro. Allison & Matt were quick to respond with everything, and let me check in much earlier than expected which was so appreciated! The view of the water from the balcony was wonderful to wake up to. Seriously one of my favorite stays!

A beautiful, soulful place in leafy Woollahra. Interesting design and decor, comfortable, everything you could need is provided for from the kitchen to the laundry - olive oil, mustard, coffee, tea, milk and sparking water in the fridge as well as dishes and a great oven and micro wave. Don't you hate going to places where there's a washing machine but no powder? Well, Jacqui's isn't like that! She's thought of everything and it's all there. Everything is in such good taste too. There are lots of stairs, so factor that in if you have heavy bags, but the location is great Definitely a gorgeous place for a break in Woollahra ... which gives you access to Sydney's harbour beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops

Best place I’ve stayed at on Airbnb. These operators go to great lengths in showcasing our wonderful Sydney through maximum comfort and enjoyment by giving you the chance to stay in this space. As a med student I loved having the ability to be close to all my needs, whilst being a short walk to some great restaurants and social spots. For the working professional or couple, I say look no further than this property!!! I hope to stay again there in the future.

My colleague Kathleen was the actual guest, staying here as very convenient for my office. She said: Charming, bright, self-contained and very well-provisioned studio apartment, with plenty of light, and more than enough space for the solo visitor, and convenient to shops, cafe, and bus, and a breezy balcony glimpse of the sea.

Spent 5 nights here when visiting Sydney. Stylish, spacious, clean, very well equipped. Patio and balcony outdoor spaces really nice. Great location, nice cafes and bakeries (Lovely breakfast at Calico literally over the road); few minutes walk to the train station, a couple of stops into the centre. Paul provided extensive local recommendations for everything. Outstanding!

Thank you Belinda for being such an amazing Host.. You’ve created a little slice of France, we loved the Parisian penthouse feel, and potted herb garden which attracts the Rainbow Lorikeets each morning. Will stay again next time we are in Double Bay Melissa & Stephen

A friend and I were in Bondi for an industry event across the weekend and Lisa’s place was perfectly positioned for us to be able to walk to our event as well as shops, groceries and so many places to eat. Clean, comfy and well appointed, we absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again if in the area. The only small issue experienced was that my car didn’t fit in the allocated space, however Lisa was super easy to contact and was able to provide a quick alternative option.

Our experience was wonderful. The terrace house was very comfortable and well appointed. Peter was super responsive and flexible as a host. Although we chose the location to primarily be close to family in Redfern, we found it to also be wonderfully close to transit, and great local coffee shops, cafes and bakeries.

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Dongs airbnb was very well turned out and very comfortable.Great area and within walking distance to trains. We had a few queries prior to arriving and Dong replied rapidly and was most responsive to those queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with this host again Car parking out the front was no hassle so we didn’t have to avail ourselves of the garage off the lane at the back

Perfect vacation home: We stayed at Josephine's house for 4 weeks and loved every single day of it. The location of the house in Bronte at the coastal walk is perfect. It's a 2 minutes walk to Bronte beach and a 20 minutes walk to Bondi and Coogee beach. The bus stop to downtown via Bondi junction is 1 minute in front of the house, restaurants and grocery shopping are close by. Didn't miss our car at all, we loved using public transport. The house itself is amazing. We saw the sunrise from our bedroom over the ocean, the view is spectular. We loved the birds in the backyard and the botanical garden in front of the house on the way to the street. Josephine is such a loving and caring host. We loved her warm welcoming us after our long trip from Europe with fresh bread, apples, fruit jam, delicious coffee and rose wine. She really cared and attendend to our needs. We very much wish to return. Dear Josephine, thank you so much for making our stay in Sydney unforgettable.

Good location, on a main road but you can barely hear traffic so it’s perfect. A perfect spot if you don’t want to stay in the city but still walkable to cafes etc. Nina went above and beyond knowing I was going to celebrate my birthday also. Would highly recommend.

Great little place and very close to public transport and local shops etc. We didn’t realise Camperdown was right under Sydney’s flight path so made it quite noisy with the planes going overhead. Otherwise lovely place and lovely hosts. Thanks for having us.

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

I loved my stay at Malcolm's house - felt like home right away! The location is excellent - walking distance to Newtown, Annandale, Glebe and of course Camperdown just around the corder. Buses right outside the door. Really nice private apparently, despite being in a big block of flats! Malcolm was absolutely lovely - really responsive, and left bread and milks and eggs - so lovely! I will definitely stay here again :)

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

Awesome location as this apartment is located within walking distance from Circular Quay/Sydney Opera House since it’s right at Sydney CBD. This also means you can easily find good restaurants/bars and Coles & Woolsworth supermarkets are also nearby. The apartment has all the necessary appliances we need - dishwasher, washer, dryer etc and the travel cot provided was a good size for my toddler and came with a good mattress within (which is hard to come by). Sharon was also very responsive throughout my 9 day stay and so helpful in assisting me with all kinds of requests. Her proactiveness and warm hospitality is truly appreciated.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Great place in an awesome location. Extremely easy instructions for getting in, clear and helpful instructions in the apartment. Views are amazing and the apartment is extremely well equipped. Perfect for our family stay over the long weekend.
