One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

With panoramic views, 70m to the sea and a spacious layout, this is an ideal place for families and responsible, adult couples of friends. The cabin is built in modern Nordic style with large window surfaces that let in the daylight and give a feeling of being close to nature. Quiet common areas with room for shared activities both inside and outside. Trampoline and hot tub available from May-Oct.

Enebolig på 230 m2 i rolig barnevennlig boligstrøk. Gode solforhold. Kort kjøretur til flotte bademuligheter både i sjøen, elva (Nidelva) og ferskvann. Ca 6-7 min kjøring til Arendal sentrum. Det går buss til byen hver time ca 5 min gang fra boligen. Trampoline blir satt opp i hagen på sommeren. God plass til 2-3 familier eller en storfamilie. Sengeplass til ca 9/10 personer, vi har noen madrasser som kan legges på gulvet i tillegg til sengeplassene. Dyner og pute til 12 personer.

Brand new cabin. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Sun from morning to evening. There is also an electric car charger in the cabin(charging for an additional fee). The cabin is located in scenic and quiet surroundings where you have a lovely view of Bjørndalsvatnet and the surroundings. There are other cabins in the nearby area, but it still almost feels like being by yourself here as there is plenty of space around the cabin.

Walking distance to beach and bus stop, 10 minutes drive to zoo, 11 minutes to city center. 4 bedrooms, parking and playground. Lovely balcony with lots of sun. Access to electric car charger 3 min away. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for 200kr per person.
