Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way forward and possibility to charge an electric car on the trail. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Lovely Sauna. Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

Seaside and cozy cabin Kristiansand Flekkerøy

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. The address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Cozy cabin with electricity and water. The cabin is very sunny in quiet nice surroundings. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
