Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The patio you have the sun all day, great porch with a view over a pond. There are 9 duvets and 9 pillows in the cabin. Bed linen and towels are provided. List of house rules, cleaning and use of Jacuzzi can be found in the cabin. REMEMBER!! Good body hygiene before bath IN Jacuzzi.
