Beachfront holiday rentals in Rameswaram

The property was right on the beach and very calm and peaceful . The property manager was extremely proactive and friendly . The staff took good care of us too . They made sure we felt comfortable and helped a lot on local recommendations as well . Food was good too .

Our stay at Palk Bay resort, Mandapam was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of busy cities and village life. Mustafa the Manager was excellent in helping us navigate transport meals and sightseeing around Rameswaram. The accommodation was new comfortable and provided a safe and relaxing place to unwind. We appreciated having access to the kitchen for snacks and cups of tea given how far away the guest house is from restaurants. Thank you for a memorable stay way down south in India

loved it. my family enjoyed the location and we were using the sea infront like a private swimming pool. it is in between a proper fishing village. at first sight we were bit scared of the people around and the village setup. tured out we were wrong, the locals were very friendly. we met handle of fishermen doing their work, while we were enjoying the beach. they should us the fresh catch, they infact invited us for food. the hosts were really helpful, was always there for any support.

Raghavan though was the host name - he didn’t show through our entire stay. He however directed us to the housekeeper and the owner of the house who would handle stuff for us when we get there. The housekeeper Mr. Aashiq and the owner of the house Mr. Padmanaban were excellent people. The contacts and recommendations that Aashiq provided was invaluable for our journey and experience there and Padmanaban sir and his wife were just delightful company. The place also is so beautifully maintained, peaceful, and totally worth the time. Lovely people, lovely location - will definitely be my go-to if/when I visit again. Had a great stay at Palk Bat Resorts with my pet. The place has see facing rooms and the host Mr Sharad and his team are very responsive. Will love to come back!

Loved the place. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves as it’s at the end of the road and very few people come there. The water is clean and pristine . Loved the food and the care that was given to us. Would definitely recommend the place for peace , positive energy and rejuvenation.

Staying at Palk Bay Resort was an amazing experience. As a solo traveler, I didn’t have many demands, just the basics and they delivered perfectly. The location is serene and ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. This is a place where you can truly relax without feeling the need to venture elsewhere. Just grab a cup of coffee and a book, and you'll feel completely at ease if you’re someone like me. The manager was incredibly proactive, promptly answering my calls and offering great suggestions to explore the area, which was a big help since I was new to the town. Overall, it was a pleasant and fulfilling stay. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again!

it's a beautiful place bang on the beach and outstanding views .Genuinely nice and hospitable .Food served at the place ..tasty and reasonable.The only negative would be isolated in the middle of a fishing village a bit away .Best for a family group and with own vehicle

One of the best properties to stay! Inadvertently I had put incorrect booking date and when requested to adjust the date, they could do it hassle free! Very friendly host and takes care of your needs very well! You can play in the sea without any fear here as there are no waves.. Greenary in the property makes you feel home! Food was top notch, pure home made ( idiyappam stands top on the list). Would love stay here again when we are in Rameshwaram! Note: you need your own transportion as its outside Rameshwaram. Also, inside Mandapam village roads are not great (remember rough roads always lead to beautiful destinations). 10/10 for this Airbnb
