Welcome to our village house in Marcorignan. Ideally located, it is 5 minutes from Narbonne, Somail and the Canal du Midi, 25 minutes from the beaches of Narbonne and Gruissan, 45 minutes from the famous City of Carcassonne and 1 hour from Spain. You are in the center of everything, and yet quiet between vineyards and scrubland. By bike, follow the Canal du Midi or the Robine and pass through the heart of the marshes to Port la Nouvelle. I'll be there to give you plenty of good tips.

House, bright, overlooking a very quiet square, ideally located to discover the region (30 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Lake Jouarres, 35 minutes from Carcassonne, Cathar and wine castles). On the ground floor you have a living room, dining room and small kitchen. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms (beds 140 and 180), an office, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, one large bedroom (140 bed and one sofa bed). Every bedroom and living room have TV. Free parking

5 minutes from Narbonne, on Montredon des Corbières. Let yourself be lulled by the song of cicadas in this pretty 20 m² studio, with its private terrace. The host welcomes you to their home, but access is independent. The premises are entirely dedicated to you, 140 bed, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Linens provided. You can park your vehicle in the cul-de-sac for free. Ideal for resting after a visit to the area, or work, or a day at the beach.

We are located 2.5 km from Somail, a typical village on the banks of the Canal du Midi (30 min walk through a path lined with vineyards). 3 min walk to all shops: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco press hairdresser beautician, laundry and restaurants. Also ideal for workers on the go!
