*Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *There are 3 rentals on the property. All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. The Casita is a separate building next to our home. It's unique design with saltillo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.

Perfect for a single couple, this private cottage is 800 sq ft. library/living room with a Samsung streaming TV and Wifi. Other features include a refrigerator, microwave, toasteroven, coffeemaker, barbecue, and multiple decks with views. Lots of books to read & and pool. Bedroom and large bath have all of the comforts of home, including heat/ac.This wonderful location (elevation 2,000) has ocean/mountain views. Please ask about pets.
