Loft holiday rentals in Ragusa

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, close to cafes, shops, market, several neighborhoods of restaurants and also the beach. I traveled alone and did not feel unsafe at any time, all the streets have cameras and most of the people circulating are tourists, I saw few really local people walking or living there, so the energy is very touristy. I stayed 7 days and managed to explore the city a lot, and I could always make a pit stop at the house to get water, go to the bathroom, etc. It is a very good convenience and "luxury" when traveling and walking a lot, to be able to stop for a while to rest. But I wasn't on vacation, I worked remotely every day, and it's worth noting that the internet worked very well for video calls. The accommodation is also good and cozy, the air-conditioning works well, the kitchen is complete with cooking utensils.

Such a great stay here. Unique home with stunning decor. Comfortable and spacious. The location was great for site seeing. Lots of stair but that's Italy. The host was wonderful and helpful with recommendations. The place is well equipped with anything you need.

Fantastic BNB. Nicely renovated and in the ideal location. Photos don’t do the view justice. Enrico and family are wonderful hosts, everything was very easy and always felt secure. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet there are great bars and restaurants a short walk away, including a wine bar seated on the steps facing Ibla which is a must. Would recommend 12/10

We had a very pleasant stay at Francesco's, the accommodation is a 10min walk from Ortygie on a quiet street outside ZTL and where parking is free and easy. The best of the best: the free boat tour offered by Francesco (very accommodating and responsive) which allowed us to visit the caves of Syracuse and enjoy a time swimming in the turquoise water! I recommend

Federico was super kind. Gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do in Noto as well as our next stay in Taormina. It was raining for most of our stay, but Federico was super accommodating and gave us a flexible checkout so we could enjoy a bit of the sun at the pool. Overall, pleasant experience and a very nice bnb!

This is a really nice Airbnb located right in the heart of Siracusa. It is very spacious with a large kitchen that is well stocked and suitable for home cooked meals. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom is large and the shower is very good. We also found the beds to be comfortable. This apartment is large enough to easily handle six occupants. Highly recommended.

The apartment was amazing. Very spacious , well appointed and a wonderful terrace with rooftop views all in the center of historic Ortigia. Easily walkable to many sites , shopping , restaurants even swimming close by. Highly recommended

We were greeted by Alessandra with great enthusiasm. The apartment is perfect, from cleanliness to spaces, to the small private courtyard where we had our breakfasts. The location is excellent with convenient parking, close to an excellent pizzeria, supermarket, pharmacies, everything you may need. The proximity to the optimal center with a 10/15 minute walk you can reach beautiful Ortigia. Alessandra also leaves an agenda for guests with all the useful tips, from restaurants to the most beautiful beaches nearby. We highly recommend this host and his beautiful home. Casa Romeo was our place for a short stay in the beautiful Modica and I have to say what a better choice could not be made: Excellent location (in the middle of the central area but absolutely sheltered from road noise), in an evocative historic building, Easy check-in and with extremely helpful staff at the reception Comfort of the house in every aspect, we didn't miss anything from the coffee pods to the linens Impeccably clean Perfect value for money Tastefully finished apartment Host responsive and widely available to meet requests and needs, has provided the requested services and even more I really highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Modica and want to feel at home on the return of the day, for us it was so and traveling with small children is not obvious! The apartment is modern, all things work very well. It is super well equipped with kitchen utensils, beach elements, table umbrella and chairs. It also has hot cold air for heating , which is very well. It has washer and dryer as well . Excellent cleanliness and the location as well , quiet and a 10 minute walk to the island ortigia. Daniele is a very kind host and helped us with everything. Always respond to messages in seconds and if anything is needed, it takes you soon . I super recommend and I would stay there again

Wonderful stay on Ortigia. The apartment was in a great location and easily walkable to the whole island. Many great restaurants within a few blocks. Apartment was very clean. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Owner had excellent recommendations for things to see and do plus restaurants.

Luigi contacted us early on and gave us all the necessary information to find the apartment quickly. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has a good bed. The kitchen is rather small but well equipped. Coffee and small breakfast snacks are provided. The location in a small side alley is very central and close to the pottery studios and various ceramic shops at the famous Scala Santa Maria del Monte. Small friendly restaurants with typical Sicilian specialties are a few minutes away by foot. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend Luigi's apartment. We will be happy to return. We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Overall this is a very nice and spacious apartment, in a great location, with excellent hosts. Just be prepared for an additional four percent tourist tax and around 20€/day for parking. I would hesitate to stay here again for a short visit in Ortigia.

The studio had everything I needed, very close to the center a too free parking and very quiet at night also. I recommend!

WONDERFUL! I want to be blunt and honest. I've been using Airbnb for 15 years, maybe... in view of this beautiful Loft, at a great price, free a few days from my reservation... I didn't want to believe it. Sincerely, I was hesitant that there could be some tricks (also because I found very few reviews), I wanted to believe it and I assure you that I did very well! The apartment is wonderful as pictured, if not more. Careful in everything, equipped with everything that can come to mind... everything new and of excellent quality... in addition to everything described, I even found two TVs, coffee machines with pods, sugar oil, pepper, various biscuits, etc. Various towels and products for the bathroom and cleaning of the house... everything, just everything! A service equal to a hotel room but in a beautiful apartment! Cristina and her husband are wonderful people! Of dozens of apartments definitely rented one of the best! Cri, thank you!!
