A hundred years old house, freshly renewed, stylish space. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, sauna on request. Close to Jūrmala and it's restaurants and spa's. Reachable not only by car but by bus from Riga bus station (1h10, bus #7951 in direction of Talsi). Lapmežciems is a great spot to explore Kurzeme!

Sauna (3-4 hours hot) is included in the price, if you want to get extra hours or use the sauna on the second day of your stay, it will cost 30EUR for 3 hours (or 10EUR/1 hour if you need more than three hours). Please inform the administrator about your wish in advance (two hours in advance or earlier).

This gorgeous rooftop studio apartment is a great place for your stay in Riga! It is located in the best possible location – the Old Town. An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room, barbecue grill and bikes (see details below). Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

This is tiny BUTE apartment, located by the Baltic sea. The inspiration for this apartment comes from my grandfather who used to be a fisherman nearby this place and one of my favourite fish in his catch was BUTE (flounder). This ir perfect place for 1-2 persons, where you can relax and renew from the nature and the Albatross spa centre. In the territory is the best restaurant for delicious meals. Enjoy your stay!
