Very nice clean accommodation and pleasant amenities moreover this is the second time I have come with my little family the neighborhood is quiet and secure we had a nice stay .

So ... how to say with simple words a real treat md nejma and this girl welcomed us to their beautiful house I was able to go around Airbnb from France and Spain and I guarantee you that compared to the price it is really the house that has to rent airy light the pool is a dream with a plunge view of the sea, it takes barely two minutes to cross its huge garden maintained to access through a small door at the end of the garden on the coast. I went down with my five children from 6 to 15 years old and all were subjugated. The terrace is incredible, no overlook, the rooms are magnificent, the living room is gigantic, lots of brightness, the equipment and at the top there is a raf a town 10 min away and Ras Jbel just mentioned to do jet ski boat rental etc...I recommend you five minutes from the house the restaurant dar el bey magnificent retauiavi with all the codes of tunisian tradition really stay to be done again without hesitation thank you nejma ♥️

We had a great stay at Sami and Véronique's: the sea view is beautiful and very relaxing and the accommodation is clean and well renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and the air conditioning is really nice! Véronique has always been available to answer our questions. We couldn't have found a better place 🙂

cozy accommodation, pleasant to live in, clean warm, quiet, functional, with a small swimming pool to soak which is pleasant in case of heat. Close to all amenities. I recommend for a stay for families or friends.

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The space was luxurious, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering everything we could have wished for and more. Expect a clean place and a very welcoming host. The pool and the garden are nice and common parta are well arranged.

Me, my husband and our three kids aged 8, 7 and 4 had a fantastic time at Bilel's ground floor villa. We enjoyed the heated pool and the accommodation itself was very spacious. The villa is located on a quiet side road, only several minutes' stroll from breakfast eateries and ice cream parlours. Just a few minutes' drive from Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa beach, we felt very lucky to have picked such a great location and place to stay for our holiday. Bilel is a gent and looked after us well before check in with all the information that we needed and during our stay. We would love to come back.

Conveniently located!!!Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train station for Sidi Bou Said, Carthage and Tunis at 50 meters . Leda is a super responsive host with great communication. Thank you for everything

The house was so lovely and decorated nice really good pool overall so happy with the stay would definitely stay here again the host was so welcoming and anything you need she will always be happy to help

The villa is absolutely beautiful and well stocked. It is peaceful and liveable, and we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, using the grill and dining al fresco by the pool! The view is spectacular and the area is peaceful. However getting there is a bit of an adventure- I recommend stocking up with food and drinks before you arrive, and planning to relax and enjoy the seaside/pool/peace without having to leave for much. And until the road is finished, be prepared for a bumpy drive in. But it is worth it for the destination :) Also, the Utica ruins are not too far, and definitely worth seeing while in the area!

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely well-equipped house. The breathtaking view of Raf Raf's iconic rock is simply beautiful. The outside is very pleasant and well appointed. We will come back without hesitation!
