Holiday rentals with a patio in Raf Raf

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Wohnweber war sehr freundlich, erreichbar und immer da, falls ich was gebraucht habe.. die Umgebung ist voll mit Luxushäuser, Restaurants und Cafés. Vielen Dank

Appartamento nuovo e ben curato. Terrazzino molto piacevole per fare colazione o aperitivo/cena la sera. Vicinissimo al centro ma in posizione tranquilla. Dotato di tutto quello che serviva. C'è una scala piuttosto ripida x accedervi a x noi non è stato un problema. Lo consiglio

Enfin un logement de haut standing à Tunis, appartement parfaitement placé, tout est pensé afin que l’on s’y sente bien et que l’on manque de rien. Hôte ultra réactif et très accueillant. Je viens souvent à Tunis et ce logement est clairement au dessus de ce que j’ai vu jusqu’à présent. Je recommande !

Madame Anja, la co hôte de l’établissement est très réactive. Je recommande fortement cet air Bnb. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, avec des café et commerce juste en bas de l’immeuble. La zone est résidentiel et très sécurisé.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wir haben es sehr genossen!! Die Lage ist super und die Gegend sehr sicher und ruhig :) Auch die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Im generellen bietet die Unterkunft einen schön ruhigen Rückzugsort der eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Auch Amen der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hat bei allen möglichen Fragen schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet! Also eine echte Empfehlung 🫶🏼

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le logement était impeccable, très charmant, confortable et bien placé, à proximité du centre de La Marsa tout en étant au calme. Meher est un hôte sympathique, flexible et réactif - merci encore pour le stockage de nos bagages en attendant notre vol. Nous recommandons vivement !

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

Kenza a été claire et très gentille du début à la fin! Elle répondait super vite et a été super compréhensive lorsque nous avons eu du retard à cause du passage de douane! Hôte très douce, qui nous a laissé garer le camion à l’intérieur, et nous a offert une très belle expérience! La maison était SUBLIME, je recommande à fond!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Zeineb’s place was absolutely perfect. Had an amazing stay. The place was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean, comfy, in a perfect location and worth the price. Nothing negative to say about this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Zeineb was always responsive to the messages and left clear instructions regarding the check in. The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.

I am someone who knows Tunisia in and out, and getting a reliable place with an honest host is not easy. It has been an amazing journey and Aymen has been a fantastic host, very accommodating, super responsive and just a perfect host - easy going, honest, and helpful. What else would you need ?
