Chiara and Roberto’s apartment in Casole d’Elsa was wonderful. The surrounding area was stunning and we were so grateful for the delicious bottle of wine our generous hosts provided for us. We enjoyed that bottle of wine while relaxing on the front patio taking in the beauty of the place. We also loved our adorable tote bag, which we used to take things to and from the pool. Our children (ages 9 & 10) loved the pool and lawn games (bocci ball, darts, archery) and used them every day of our 5 day stay. My son celebrated his birthday while we were there and he didn’t want to leave the property he loved it there so much! We spent the whole day in the pool and playing lawn games. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and felt like home. The expert landscaping provided excellent privacy. Chiara gave us wonderful local recommendations for food and activities. This place has everything you are looking for to live out your Tuscan dreams. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful place, near a river. Very quiet. Surrounded by nature. The apartment included all the necessary kitchen utensils and was comfortable. Lorenzo was very nice and answered quickly.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

The apartment is located in an enchanting place! The scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped, we cooked good food. The sunsets are beautiful and the pool is very convenient for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Deb, the neighbor who welcomed us and guided us throughout our stay. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a vineyard: Ciarliana, where Sara gave us a tasting that exceeded our expectations. We are totally in love with Tuscany!

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

What a beautiful 'house'! We arrived a little later, but Emma was already waiting for us. The house is part of several houses on the estate, but very private and you will not be bothered by the neighbors. Beautiful swimming pool, beautiful garden, beautiful surroundings. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, outside there is now also a nice pergola to sit under. Delicious beds, nice pillows. Screens for all windows! Even a washing machine in the house. We stayed here with my parents, who are 80+ years old. Car is really necessary - we were happy with our 4WD. Fantastic food in the various restaurants in the area. If I may give 1 small note, a light on the garden path to the house would have been nice... and an extra tea towel/dishcloth would have been nice too... Thanks for the stay, we had a really fantastic time here!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. The apartment perfectly combines Tuscan charm with modern comforts—spacious, spotless, and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. What makes Tenuta la Santissima truly unforgettable is not just the setting or amenities, but the heart behind it. This apartment was perfect for our stay. Immaculate presentation and very clean. Being in the centre is was also peaceful and the rooftop terrace is a really nice place to relax at the end of an awesome day sight seeing. Stefano’s recommendations are also perfect. This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
