Lovely clean villa with plenty of amenities. Hosts were always helpful and quick to reply about any questions or queries. 10/10

The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. We also really enjoyed spending time outside, whether on the terrace or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We stayed at Laetitia's for a wedding weekend. We were 10 people, including 6 young people aged 18 to 26. The accommodation equipment is very appreciable. We didn't miss anything, the petanque court is really a plus. Communication was perfect. Thank you for this trip See you soon Anaëlle

Isabelle has been the most amazing host ever! She was amazing when we arrived and continued to check up on us and offer recommendations. When we needed help with something she was always there for aid and recommendations. She also saved us when the train strike cancelled our train be getting a driver to take us to Toulouse. The house was pristine and absolutely beautiful as well as the surroundings.

There were 14 of us, 5 children, and we had a wonderful family time. I confirm that David is a great Host (welcome, exit, fluidity and friendliness of exchanges). The house is very well equipped and the outdoor space is a real asset (large, beautiful, practical, nice pool). Thanks again, David!

We (my husband our 4 years old and I) had a great stay at Nic & Jo’s place for one week. We stayed at the West Wing of the house which is very spacious, cozy and decorated with excellent taste. The stone structure regulates the indoor temperature perfectly (cool inside while it was hot (30c) in the day and warm while it was cold (12c) outside at night). Perfect location, away from all the noise while just being 5 minutes drive from Cordes Sur Ciel. Nic & Jo were not there during our stay, but the co-hosting persons Honda and Rob were very kind and very affectionate with our little one. Thanks again for the hosting.

Great location surrounded by beautiful nature. Dog-friendly, very suitable for hikers, beautiful routes. The cottage was perfect for us with everything on it. The hostess and host respond quickly and are very involved.

Beautiful suite, we had a great evening and night there. The suite is clean, tastefully decorate. The plus, the set of dimmed LEDs that puts us in the mood as soon as we walk through the door. And what about the hot tub which is spacious and so nice. We'll be there again. Thanks Diana and Adrien.

This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s very roomy and has a super comfortable bed and a big shower (we never ran out of hot water - a huge plus). The location is great - there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A delightful place. The perfect blend of a quiet place in a lively and active neighborhood. Open and light-filled. It was a short walk to the Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Lots of restaurants and the covered market close by. You do need to be willing to climb some stairs, but that's France.

When staying as a couple in the city of Toulouse, the apartment is very nice, clean, very well located for discovering the heart of town on foot and close to all shops.

We spent 10 very nice days in Marc's beautiful and large house which is conducive to rest. Marc and Reine-Marie are welcoming and responsive hosts. I recommend it for relaxing in the Toulouse area!

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise in the middle of nature to celebrate my 30th birthday with a dozen friends. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom. The living spaces are carefully and modernly equipped. And the pool is just amazing, with views of the fields. I will not hesitate to come back for my next birthdays 😊

We spent a week as a group of four attending a professional event at the MEET Exhibition Center. The house was fantastic—comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Since public transport to the exhibition hall isn’t ideal, we chose to commute by Uber or taxi each day, which worked well for us. Arnaud is a fantastic host—responsive, flexible, and very accommodating. We truly appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, and we’d be happy to return anytime. Our family of four (2 kids, ages 12 and 17) had a wonderful time at the villa. Jeanne, who speaks English, was on-site and very helpful since we don't speak French. The villa is perfectly designed for a family, with each of the 3 rooms having its own bathroom and enough separation for privacy. All rooms open to a spacious kitchen/living room, which leads out to the patio and pool. There were some non-aggressive wasps near the pool, but they didn’t bother us. However, families with small children might want to be aware. The internet was fast and stable—no complaints from our teens! The location is rural, so you’ll need transportation. Basic shopping is 5-10 minutes away, and the nearest supermarket is a 20-minute drive. Make sure to book local restaurants in advance. The surrounding nature is stunning, and there’s a nearby lake with sports and activities for kids, just 300 meters away. It's truly a getaway, and we highly recommend it for a stress-free vacation.
