Holiday rentals with lake access in Quito

During my recent stay at this home, I found the place to be really lovely. The decor is cozy and tasteful, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are well maintained and clean, and the natural environment around the home is simply beautiful, offering breathtaking views and a great feeling of tranquility. However, there is one important point that needs attention: the lack of light at night on the outside of the home.

I 100% recommend this piece of heaven in the Andes, peace and blessings, relaxing nature. And the best is the variety and beauty of equine livestock, the most beautiful and elegant horses and mares in Ecuador. To enjoy as a family, this is the place...

The place is a beautiful dream! Get up and see all the nature through the windows, the green nature 🌿 of the trees,. The atmosphere smelled like Eucalipto, the nice weather so that the children will play with their kites, they would have fun!! We took some nice family photos, the house is one of those you want for 😍 you!! The house had everything even food that was very helpful, since we were with small children. Camila was very nice and very hospitable since our son became ill and gave us very good advice, he even shared his medicinal plants with us that he has in his beautiful garden. Despite being far from downtown Cotacachi, it doesn't bother or uncomfortable to go out and buy what you need, it was nice days 😃

I stayed for the weekend with a few college friends, and it was the perfect little get away. Beautiful location, plenty of space, and fantastic hosts!

Amazing! Our stay was absolutely perfect. We rented the whole place for my big (15 people) family and I'm so glad we did. Luis was super friendly, always responsive, helped us checking in later than expected after we had some trouble during the trip. The house is very welcoming, was clean, had what we needed. The rooms are spacious, well distributed and the bed were super comfy. Breakfast the next day was great and Luis gave us some recommendations for things to do. All in all, a great stay.

Amazing house!!! Modern and full equipped!

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at La Maga. The place is as described and as seen in the pictures. We agree with all of the previous reviews, in that the place is surrounded by nature. We had monkeys come visit one morning and saw various Toucan birds near the house. Our favorite part was walking the path to town each day where we encountered more birds. There are other paths to nearby to explore, so bring a light/torch for a self-guided night walk. This place is perfect for nature lovers. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals (although there are many good restaurants in town). There is hot water for the showers. Martita was a great and responsive host and was available for my questions.

The place is beautiful, the house is large and has all the amenities. They were always aware of us for anything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights when we were in Quito. It met all expectations and it was very nice to relax here after our trip through different areas of Ecuador. It was really super clean, luxurious, a good shower with warm water and the building is well secured. We were able to park our car in a garage with 2 gates for security. The host was super helpful with all our questions and very quick to respond. We will definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great place nearby a park, restaurants and shopping

The place is very modern and clean. Very conveniently located and the host was always in touch. We had an issue. We closed the bathroom door. And we received the help immediately . Which was very helpful and timely. Well situations like these are uncomfortable and they gave us help right away

Great place! If your looking to get out of the city and be close to nature. Place is as described in the photos. Decent walk(steep hill some may find) into nearby shops on the main Street. Local buses head out every 5 minutes from the main Street which is very convenient to hear into Otavalo. May want ear plugs for late evenings and mornings as the local dogs can get a bit annoying. Highly recommend place!

The house is large and very comfortable, and always attentive to what was needed in a very peaceful place.

A nice complex with nature, a lake and animals. They also have courts, a spa, and different recreational activities. It's worth it for the price you pay.

Our stay was amazing. The home is nestled on a great spot with a beautiful view. The design of the property is very authentic and makes you feel at home. You have everything you need for a family getaway. The view from the master bedroom and studio are out of this world. My favorite part was the lush gardens that surround the property. The family that takes care of the property was extremely welcoming and very kind.
