I stayed in this apartment for several months and everything went very well! The 5 stars are not enough to describe the experience I had. The apartment itself is very nice, well decorated, super comfortable, everything is equipped in good condition and super clean. The location of the apartment is also very good as it is close to all shops, restaurants, express crossroads on foot. There is no noise and the building is quiet. I recommend it without hesitation and thank you to Thomas, the owner, who was always very attentive and present.

Fantastic 3 night stay, very spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet area, but not far in foot from the Capitole area, train station and Airport bus. Nice local bar La Cabane and L'Entrocote restaurant is a must, worth the wait if there is a queue! Highly recommended apartment with great communication from the host's.

great place to disconnect from the big city and close to Tolouse. The apartment is bright and airy, has everything and being able to make coffee in the garden is a treat, and what has been and credible have been the walks on the lake that is just a stone's throw from the apartment. 100% recommended.

We recommend this small apartment, which is very comfortable and well thought out in terms of spaces and amenities. The best thing is the jacuzzi, really nice and relaxing! The village where the accommodation is located is very charming. Perfect for walks and visiting the Ganguise Lake! Charles is very responsive and friendly.

Great accommodation experience

I booked this place for my daughter who was taking her competitions at Paul Sabatier University. The apartment is in a very good location, functional and matches the photos. To emphasize, very warm welcome and explanation of the points of interest and the transport network.

In Toulouse for a wedding, we were 2 couples with two children for 3 bedrooms, perfect for a stay. Clean and useful, nice terrace. Very responsive owner, top information, I recommend

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with double bed is perfect to welcome them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a very nice outdoor courtyard. As described, the trains pass very close but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. Lynda's airbnb rental is exactly as pictured- and as she freely admits in her own words-it is not a grand and country quiet estate. But...it is very clean, nicely equipped for those who wish to do meals at “home” and (Overall and compared to many other comparable units in historic centers) quiet. The patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy your evening salad 🥗 and a glass of vin rouge 🍷 Linda goes out of her way to be communicative and helpful. Having some English news channels available - as well as streaming services- is always welcome for the wind-down before slumber Lynda always seems to leave her guests a couple of treats and a “welcome” bottle of wine- and her Airbnb is (literally)- across the street (and a couple doorways down) from the Toulouse Matabiau train station Lynda offers a great value for those seeking to enjoy all the wonders of walkable city center Toulouse. Enjoy!

Minimalist, spacious and bright apartment. The living room overlooks a bacon not overlooked, well oriented. Huge TV screen. Wifi works well. It's easy to find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance to the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away...great for unloading and recharging car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last minute, with my 2 small dogs, I thank him very much. I found the room matela a little hard for my liking. I enjoyed being able to stay until noon.

Apartment in a very good location. Very clean in a new luxury residence. The terrace is very pleasant and quiet. Close to Toulouse 1 University, everything is done on foot, ideally along the banks.
