Excellent place, quiet, ideal for resting, the beach is just a few minutes away and is wonderful. Hernan and Carola are always available if you need anything, very good hosts, they gave us very good recommendations about the place, we will return anyway.

Excellent communication before and during the stay

The apartment is amazing. Very clean, tidy, and cozy. It had everything for a quiet, relaxed and cheerful stay. Very quiet building, with plenty of privacy, security, with various common spaces (swimming pool, quincho, gardens, etc). Francisco is very concerned, respectful, and attentive. Before our arrival, he gave us very clear and precise instructions. It's nice to be in such good properties and with a reception as excellent as Francisco's. Congratulations! And of course I would go again.

Everything was excellent, we had a great time, the apartment was impeccable, the sound of the sea relaxes you to sleep peacefully, Cecilia's service was a seven, just as a suggestion they should have a double bed, since it is an apartment for 2 people, but I recommend it 100%

A very cozy apartment, the white clothes came from ten because at night it was quite cool. The impeccable kitchen, impeccable bathroom, and divine hot water for an excellent post beach bath. The dpto has a beautiful view of the sea, the complex has elevator service to get to the coast easily because it is difficult to get through the streets of Con-con. Amazing, 100% recommended. There are warehouses near by car or supermarket 5 min by car. It's a nice place to VACATION and REST! There is not much night movement nearby, everything is quiet at night. Caesar a genius!

The depto was very comfortable and quiet, I would definitely come back, I also thank Barbara who was always answering our questions and who was also able to solve the impertinent we had as much as possible.

Claudia responds very quickly and is friendly, the place was well equipped, it is comfortable, the parking is super close, the beach is also quiet and the view is b e a u t i f u l, it is definitely the hallmark of this accommodation. We would improve the cleanliness a little, but apart from that, we would return👌.

A place with an ocean view, the apartment's decoration is very nice, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay and without any problems, but what stood out the most is the tranquility that exists in the place. I think that's valued and it's close to the square where you can find everything so that tourists can get supplies without using a vehicle.

Very comfortable apartment and nice view, although you can't see the sea, only in the distance. The building has an outdoor pool and also a heated pool (be careful, they ask for a bathing cap to enter, we bought them in a jumbo that is a 30-minute walk away). When leaving the building there is a beautiful park to walk in, everything is very nice around, and it is located a 15-minute walk from the Concon dunes, I recommend them 100%, very beautiful. Nearby there is a strip center where you can buy day-to-day merchandise. The apartment has everything you need, you just have to bring towels. The host Francisca is very friendly and attentive, she responds quickly and even offered us help to store our luggage until the time of the flights, very grateful, it was a nice vacation.

Excellent location. Keep in mind that the walkway to pass by car is quite long but not impossible and not to go alone to the mall because there was like a tent of people from the street in the middle of the stairs. The accommodation is a 10. I would only ask for more thorough cleaning of the bathroom. The sheets and everything else are excellent and a divine view day and night

The place was exactly as we saw in the photos. It has a very good location as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and is also easily accessible. The apartment met all our needs, spacious, clean and comfortable, the parking is spacious and the staff working in the apartment are very friendly. Also add that Danilo was always very committed to offering all the help possible, totally recommended!!!
