Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Quillota Province

A wonderful department with amazing terrace and view. Take the elevator or stairs (which I loved climbing) to the pool area and direct access to the beach. The large pool is swimmable and is kept at 24/25 C. There are also two hot pools (one for kids, one for adults). The only thing that is missing a gym. A great place which I honestly hope we visit again next summer!

The Depto is just as it looks in the photos. It has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. It's spacious, bright, and has an unbeatable view. The terrace is large, with window closures so it can be used with any weather. The common areas, especially the beach/pool sector is very nice. The location is second to none. Facing the sea and close to everything but at the same time it has enough distance to not hear noises from the street. Paula, she was attentive to very inquiries, her responses were always quick and very friendly. I would definitely be back!

For the second year in a row we returned to Carla's apartment. We love it for the excellent location (the best in Maitencillo in our opinion), also because the apartment is nice, comfortable, and has absolutely everything you need for a stay without missing the things of your own home. Carla is very kind and always responds quickly to any questions. The building staff is very attentive and helpful. We were very, very satisfied, we will definitely be back. I emphasize the versatility of the apartment, according to the members of the family. If you come with young children there are toys for them (scooter, bodyboard, etc.), and games in the building. If you come with preteens as was my case, it's ideal to have the beach across the street and the craft fair very close. And for adults, several good restaurants and cafes next door or very close. In short, we'll be back for sure. Thank you Carla for your excellent service.

An excellent apartment and perfect location, crossing the fan to the beach. The dpto is comfortable, clean and all in good working order. Even though it's autumn, good heating and hot water. We'll definitely be back

I loved the Depto has a beautiful garden!! Very rich to make asados and others . She is very well equipped and she was very loving . The heating is so rich !!loved it !

Depto. very rich and very good view and location; communication with Katherine very fast and everything is clear. That we would have liked that there was a bath carpet to get out of the shower, outside of that, everything was very good! We would stay again

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

We loved staying in Daniel's house, very nice, comfortable, fully equipped, with everything you need for an excellent stay. Very quiet condominium, with many activities that can be done in a family atmosphere.

It is a very nice house located in a gated community with few houses and little traffic. Children can walk quietly on the sidewalks or streets. The condominium has a playground in good condition, a clubhouse with a swimming pool and a small soccer field in the square and another in the polo area. In the polo sector there are only two horses and it does not seem that anyone practices the sport. Bernardita's house is very organized and comfortable. To go to the beach you have to go by car. To get to the condominium you have to go through a very bad dirt road; any car can pass with caution. There are no shops within walking distance of the condominium. There are some deliveries that arrive (supermarket and hamburgers).

Constanza was always attentive to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The accommodation is impeccable and has everything you need to spend a luxury vacation, with all the amenities when cooking, showering or spending a moment of relaxation and entertainment. The location's easy access and proximity to family-friendly and quiet beaches were a plus when enjoying the sea. It certainly exceeded our expectations!!! A 10 out of 10 for every service and comfort offered!!

Great house for 2 families. Close to the beach yet away from noise. Complex is great for kids to be free to play and has large fields to play games, tennis court, pool etc.

It was a pleasure to communicate with Ximena, super available, quick and clear in her answers. We loved the house, it is beautiful and full of details, it is very comfortable and very well equipped. The surroundings of the condominium is very nice and entertaining to walk with children. I would definitely come back.
