Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Best Airbnb experience ever. Three troops of monkeys visiting us on the back deck each morning and each evening, 30+ sloths living and flourishing freely on the resort, pools, restaurants, market, steps from the private beach, yet close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos. There is no question in my mind why Tulemar Resort has been rated the #1 resort in the world multiple times over the past few years. Our accommodations were amazing, and the location provides you with a jungle experience with immediate beach access. Fabian, our concierge, was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive before and throughout our stay. You simply will not find a better place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable room with much needed A/C! The covered deck outside was very large and the perfect place to end our evenings. The staff were phenomenal, very responsive and happy to help in any way that they could. The beach is just a few steps away and very lovely. We made friends with a few of the local dogs, specifically blanquita who would wait outside for us each morning. Raul’s place was one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay at John's place! I was traveling with a group of 7 and it was the perfect fit for our stay. It felt extremely safe with the remote-control gate, multiple carbon-monoxide detectors, and the security-guard/property-keeper Martín, who always greeted us with a smile in the evenings and early mornings. The location was excellent, with more than a handful of restaurants a 5 to 15 min walk away, a fully stocked super market 2 min away and a very quick drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The kitchen was also excellent; we made dinner and cocktails a few nights and were able to enjoy them altogether on the lovely back porch (a great place to read and play cards during a rainy afternoon as well). Even though the property also shares a few other houses, the large plants and beautiful trees keeps the house very private. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool with 8 lounge chairs, pool noodles, and an excellent view of the coastline. Would highly recommend!!

This was absolutely perfect start to our honeymoon. So much wildlife right at the hotel, as well as national parks a walkable distance. Quepos had all we needed: super markets, smoke shop, eclectic restaurants, and activities. 10/10 would recommend
