Family-friendly holiday rentals in Quelfes

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

It was a charming accommodation. It was big for two people and we felt comfortable right away. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Having been to Tavira before I knew exactly where the house was situated. I needed accommodation for my brother and I plus our father and his companion, both mid eighties. The location was absolutely perfect being right in the centre of town and with its lovely balconies offering an outside space perfect for “people watching “ to keep the interest for the older generation. Plenty of bars, restaurants, patisserie’s and shops all a nearby level walk. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms a nice size and whilst it would be difficult for a disabled person with the internal steps it was fine for our 87 year olds. One flight up to the living area which also has a shower room and one more to the next level with two bedrooms with a shared balcony and then another to the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend and return. Many Thanks

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was in perfect condition, very clean and close to the city center on foot. The pool is a real plus! I recommend it:)

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. I booked this villa for a group of 15 of us and I am so glad I did it was absolutely perfect. Carmen is a really wonderful host she went above and beyond to answer all my requests for local recommendations and was always super speedy in her response. It was really easy to get to the villa from faro airport and Ubers are easy to find. A member of our group had a car so we were able to drive to the nearest supermarket as this isn’t walkable but they have uber eats in the area or you could order a taxi to the supermarket it’s not too far. The villa is even nicer than the pictures. The gardens are lovely and the terrace and pool are really gorgeous. We had the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature. Carmen also had many Lilos etc which were great. Inside the house all the bedrooms are en suite and have aircon. The kitchen has everything you could need and there’s even a second fridge in the dining room. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel as a group to this area.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy little apartment — truly a hidden gem in Albufeira! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy walking access to the Old Town, the beach, key attractions, great restaurants, and just a short stroll to the marina for boat tours to the Benagil caves. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Isabel was incredibly kind and highly accommodating, especially considering we were travelling with our infant. She made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We felt very welcome and at home throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to return to this place the next time we’re in Albufeira. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I can’t say enough about Ana on how she went above and beyond to make my weekend celebrating my birthday and bachelorette with my friends special! She went as far as to in on the surprise to ensure that I was completely blown away! The villa is spectacular and my only regret is the number of balloons we left lying around when we left (sorry Ana). The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, great convenient location with a grocery store and cafes nearby. Also wasn’t too far to get to the main strip! I highly recommend booking this gorgeous villa!

Excellent location with views overlooking the beach. Apartment really well equipped. No hesitation in recommending.

Host was very responsive & met us to walk us into the place. The photo for check in needed updating, it’s now at KK’s Thai Massage for a more accurate entrance area, but we rented a car and had free parking right in front (limited but got lucky!) Place was very clean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and resting at night. We walked to all the shops, pleasantly surprised just how much there was to do around! We ate at Terrazo Italian, incredible food! Beach was beautiful, definitely don’t suggest having a large suitcase tho for parking or elevator access :) Otherwise host was super nice, place was super clean & definitely bang for the buck for an air bnb.

I stayed for 2 weeks. The perfect location , next to the beach, close to the centre of Old Town with a lot of restaurants. The best was a sea view from the balcony with having morning coffee and sunbathing during the sunny day. Apartment is in old building but is clean, has everything for the stay with plenty of towels, changing sheets and kitchen staff. Thank you Marco for hosting me!

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean (very happy to let my little one crawl around on the floors it was so clean!). Much bigger than the photos. Pool area was very peaceful. Lots of amenities without being cluttered. Well stocked kitchen and generous welcome pack. Restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Great communication and very helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had such a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. He was so welcoming and the apartment and pool were gorgeous. So peaceful and located in the heart of the algarve. We explored all along the coast and mountains from Monchique to Ria Da Formosa - which we highly recommended. Thank you!

Stunningly beautiful and private oasis! You get all the privacy you want in this gorgeous house with an amazing eco garden. The natural pool is great…no chlorine, no itch. Jan is a super nice and responsive host. We’ be back

This was our 5th stay at the old village but first with Joanna. Apartment was lovely, really clean and well maintained. We loved the location right next to Artisan bar and pool. Joanna was a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. My only criticism is the beds in the second bedroom weren’t very comfy. But apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Really great location and the view from the pool was amazing. It was very easy to drive to all different areas of Algarve from here. Birgit was very nice, thoughtful, and gave great recommendations on what to see and restaurants to eat at.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bike ride! Definitely recommend that. The house is great and the garden is beautiful! The plunge pool was perfect for the hot days! I would 100% recommend this place :)

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!
