Great place if you want the upper west side. So close to Central Park. Outside patio is huge and was messy because some trash and boxes were left out there but still an amazing place for hosting people or just relaxing outside. A true luxury in the city. Beautiful bathroom and great little kitchen. Best studio for the money anywhere in the city.

Casa curata al dettaglio, vista pazzesca sullo skyline di Manhattan, ambienti molto puliti, arredamento curato al dettaglio, letto e cuscini comodissimi. Facile raggiungere la city grazie alla metro molto vicina e allo stesso tempo una zona silenziosa dove potersi riposare e rilassare. Terence e’ un host molto gentile, pro attivo e flessibile. Se vuoi stare ad una 20ina di minuti da Manhattan in una casa ampia, bella e comoda, consiglio fortemente di soggiornare da Terence.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb hosted by City Breeze in Bayonne, NJ. The whole place was meticulous and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Host was very attentive and responded to our inquiries expeditiously. The Host provided helpful information about the city and surrounding areas to make our vacation more enjoyable and memorable. The place really feels like home. We would highly recommend vacationers to book their stay with City Breeze.

Laura was nothing but kind, friendly, sweet and made our stay extremely easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better home and a better host, I recommend Laura for everyone in the future!

Un lujo hospedarnos aquí. El anfitrión estuvo atento a toda hora, con sugerencias efectivas y muy útiles. Así también, se preocupó de que todo fuera bien y no nos faltara nada. Con respecto al lugar, muy hermoso, nuevo y cuidado. También, había muchos regalitos ricos de cortesía que son perfectos y muy oportunos cuando uno llega cansado de tanto viaje. A futuro, lo volveremos a elegir. Además, muy cerca a 1 cuadra de donde pasan los buses y a pocos minutos de la mejor parte de Manhattan. Recomiendo!!

Amazing location, communication, and overall experience. When we came the house was spotless and easy to get into. Instructions were clear and straightforward as well as the details left for you on arrival. I appreciated the professionalism and commitment to cleanliness before/during our stay and would book again !

One of the best Air B'n'b's we've been to. Spacious, could relax, great kitchen, easy to the subway, very pleasant suburb. I absolutely and unreservedly recommend this spot.

Sucong’s place was great, super close to public transport and had a great variety of coffee shops and restaurants. She was flexible with our requests and was very responsive!

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Beautiful place, my family and I absolutely loved it! It was very stylish, homey, and just all around comfortable. Location was great as it only took 10-15 min to get to the city. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

check in was seamless, and the property was very clean and a good size for 4 adults. hosts very responsive. it was nice to have the option of getting a ferry from new jersey into new York and the restaurants and cafes in the area are much more affordable than nyc and equally as good! after long days out in nyc, it can take a while to get back to the property via bus in the evening, which was a bit tiring, but for the price we paid when compared to hotels in nyc, it was fair enough!

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Exactly what i was looking for. Bedroom, full bathroom, wifi, laundry, and a shelf in the fridge. Never used the kitchen, although he was very friendly letting me know it was available for use when i checked in. Parking not perfect, but i always found a spot in the lot or nearby on the road.

Good host. Very responsive. Very clean home.
