Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Wir waren für 1 Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung bietet sogar Platz bis zu 5 Personen und hat alles was man so braucht. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!!!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Il soggiorno da Marco è stato fin sopra le aspettative . Lui, una bella persona, il check in è stato facile, si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante indicazioni circa spiagge e ristoranti in cui poter andare, ci ha mostrato il posto auto ( una vera fortuna se si soggiorna a Villasimius , in quanto ci sono solamente posti a pagamento) e ci ha mostrato la casa, spiegando dettagliatamente sia i comfort che ovviamente anche il come mantenerla ( il che l abbiamo trovato davvero utile visto che in Sardegna , da noi no, si usa fare la differenziata in modo che ogni giorno venga portato fuori un determinato cestino per la raccolta). La casa era ancora più bella che in foto, pulitissima, non mancava nulla, un bellissimo terrazzo al piano terra e un balconcino al primo piano vista mare. Inoltre l’alloggio si trova esattamente in centro a Villasimius, quindi per le serate estive anche molto molto comodo. Insomma l’esperienza merita tutte e 5 le stelle!! Grazie Marco.

Unser zweiter Besuch im Stesi House. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und zum Strand sind es maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil aber man kann das Wichtigste zu Fuß erreichen und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln stehen zur Verfügung. Stefano ist sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

villa impeccable dans un cadre splendide piscine avec vie sur la mer. la maison était identique aux photos. je recomande.

Mi sono innamorata della casa dalle foto e dal vivo è esattamente come viene presentata: creativa, accogliente, comoda, curata, pulita, ampia e super fornita! La casa è dotata di tutti i confort immaginabili. Ha anche tantissime cose extra (es. tutti i prodotti per il corpo sia da bagno che per il mare), utilissime per chi come me viaggia in aereo con un bagaglio leggero. Chiara è stata fin da subito accogliente, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ti accoglie con un aperitivo di benvenuto, ha una convenzione con la pasticceria di fronte per la colazione e nel frigo ti fa trovare gustose sorprese, come l'eccezionale e tipico mirto fatto in casa. Ti fornisce informazioni preziose su come muoverti e cosa visitare. La location è super comoda per andare sia verso il centro che verso il mare. Che dire di più: andateci!! Consigliatissima!!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️🙏

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Wir haben uns sofort unglaublich wohl gefühlt in Deboras geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtetem Haus. Debora hat uns sogar einen guten Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Danke dafür! Auch die wunderbaren Außenanlagen luden ein am Haus zu verweilen.Jede Terrasse ist liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren jeden Morgen in der schönen gemütlichen Bucht schwimmen, haben Brötchen im tollen Supermarkt geholt( er gleicht eher einer Feinkosthandlung) um dann auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Und das alles fussläufig. Am Nachmittag ging’s dann nochmal an den Strand incl.Strandbarbesuch. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und werden das Rauschen des Meeres vermissen, welches wir vom Haus aus hören konnten. Eine Empfehlung!!

Wir hatten das große Glück, zwei schöne Wochen in diesem charmanten kleinen Ferienhaus in Villasimius verbringen zu dürfen – und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Das Haus selbst ist zwar kompakt, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war blitzsauber, gepflegt und funktionierte einwandfrei – von der Küche über die Dusche bis hin zur Klimaanlage. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des Hosts. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sei es bei Fragen zur Unterkunft oder mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Noch mehr beeindruckt hat uns allerdings die Reinigungskraft: Sie war nicht nur äußerst gründlich, sondern auch unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterstützung und die ihres Mannes hat uns zu Beginn des Aufenthalts sehr geholfen und hat unseren Aufenthalt gerettet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick, wunderschöner Strabd um die Ecke und der Parkplatz ist auch nahe gelegen. Abends kann man z.B. super nach Vilassimius fahren. In der Wohnung war auch alles da was das Herz begehrte. Standardsachen zum Kochen, Herdkanne, Nespresso-Maschine, Airfryer (der auch super zum Brötchen toasten ist) und das wichtigste an Verbrauchsmaterialen. Kann den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohneinheit mit allem, was man braucht (auch genügend scharfe Messer). Schöne Veranda, nur wenige Stufen. Gut geeignet für Menschen, die zu Fuß nicht mehr so gut unterwegs sind. Sehr ordentliche Mülltrennung (wie überall) mit festen Abholzeiten. Wenn am Abreisetag noch etwas übrig ist, bringt man es zur kommunalen Sammelstelle. Diese ist in ca. 5 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie in der Vorsaison da und waren begeistert. Der Empfang durch Paola selbst war herzlich und zu unserem Glück sehr flexibel, denn wir hatten eine recht späte Anreise. Die Unterkunft selbst war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht, war vorhanden. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Mehr. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen.

La villetta e' in una posizione splendida con un prato tenuto perfettamente a due passi dall'acqua cristallina. Il patio regala tramonti mozzafiato e per chi si alza presto come me, prendere un caffe all alba e' un esperienza energizzante. La casa ci e' stata presentata pulitissima e in ordine. La signora e' stata gentilissima fin dal primo momento e ogni volta che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ha risposto immediatamente. Siamo stati tre giorni a Giugno io,mia moglie e il mio labrador, ci sono davvero serviti per ricaricare le batterie. Consigliatissima.

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Perfecto para ir con tu pareja, la zona preciosa y justo en el centro de Castello. Muy bien equipada. Vitor muy atento y simpático.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
