This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Edvard's apartment was super beautiful and deserved all 5 stars, the views were magnificent, the furnishings, new beautifully designed bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea can be reached by a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and the sunset is simply fantastic. Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Roberto is an exceptional HOST! Hello, helpful, friendly, very polite, nice... just perfect! The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts, clean, tidy and comfortable! Roberto welcomed us with a very appreciated tray of pasta! He recommended both the beaches to visit, places to eat and places characteristic of the area. During the stay, he was always available for any eventuality and always present to accommodate our requests (we asked for extra pillows to sleep and in 5 minutes of watch he let us find them!). Fridge with water and other drinks, there is anything useful for the house and the beach! The apartment is very well cared for, very comfortable indoor parking, impeccable exterior and an outdoor shower that is absolutely paradisiacal! Roberto reflects the true Sardinian hospitality and above all he is the host that everyone would like to meet!! Thank you thank you and thank you again!!! We hope to be back soon!!!

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Excellent stay and we were very spoiled on arrival (aperitif and breakfast as well as two bottles of cold water). Michela and Riby are very attentive hosts and their accommodation matches the Airbnb description in every way. The apartment is located 1 km from the beach and there are buses right next to the residence. We rented a car and there is secure parking. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this listing.

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.
