Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Quảng Nam

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

아늑하고 수영장 공간과 휴식공간이 잘 되어있어서 아이들과 놀기 너무 좋았어요.

Deze woning is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, bij aankomst lag er een heerlijke bahn mi voor ons klaar en verse kokosnoten. Overal was aan gedacht en zelfs muggenspray was aanwezig. Heel prettig contact met de host en ook de wasmachine kwam goed van pas. Het nadeel is dat het erg ver van het centrum af zit en het moeilijk te vinden is voor taxi’s. Met de fiets was het ook te ver naar het centrum. En het naastgelegen restaurant heeft zicht op de tuin van de woning, waar het zwembad is. Geen last gehad van het restaurant maar als het daar druk is heb je wel veel minder privacy. Ligbedjes bij het zwembad is misschien nog een fijne toevoeging. Al met al een perfecte woning op een rustige afgelegen plek.

No words to explain how lovely this stay was. Dinh was the most amazing host. So thoughtful, caring and sweet. We accidentally booked a night less than we were meant too and she let us move into the other room she has available. She gave us advice for activities, her food at her restaurant was so good! Super helpful with other things like flexible check in, extra pillows etc and the place was better than we expected. Would have loved to stay here longer but would definitely come back

The host was great at communicating with us and responsive to questions. The house is three stories with bedrooms on the upper two floors, so will be difficult for people with mobility issues surrounding stairs. The house was clean and tidy, comfortable and the pool was the main attraction. The location was an easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was a convenience store directly across the road. Traffic noise could be heard from the bedrooms, but not too loud for us. Would stay again if I return to Da Nang They were flexible with storing our bags after a later check out.

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family. Close to all the beach activities. We got surfboards in the morning and had a good time. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and very enjoyable with the beach views.

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Lovely place in Da Nang. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach so couldn’t ask for anything more! Very comfy bed and pillow as well.

We stayed at May Home Apartments and it was truly one of the best stays in Da Nang! For 3 days, we enjoyed a cozy, spotless apartment that felt just like home — right in the heart of the city and just a 5-minute walk to My Khe Beach. Our wonderful host made everything seamless, even helping us arrange a rental bike just 300 meters away. The apartment had a warm, inviting vibe, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials — perfect for a relaxed and comfortable stay. If you’re heading to Da Nang, we highly recommend May Home Apartments for a stay that’s convenient, clean, and full of charm.

Harley and the apartment were fabulous. Top floor, clean, and equal parts close to the private beach and main road into Hoi An. Great communicator, possibly the quickest responder ever! I had a lovely stay and most certainly recommend.

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

One of the nicest places we stayed in all of Vietnam! Beautiful and spacious apartment with views of the beach - we loved watching the sunrise from our room. Host was friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Da Nang :))

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this place. It was very convenient to have a large table, two chairs, and an additional countertop along the wall where I could also sit and work on my laptop. At first, I was a little surprised that the shower and toilet were not in separate rooms, which caused some humidity from the shower to go directly into the main room. But overall, it’s a good accommodation option for a short stay.

It was a great experience staying in Ngan Ha’s place. The location being in a friendly and peaceful neighborhood was just perfect. It was easy to get around as well. We didn’t expect the room to be that big. The interior was nice and modern but still homey. We immediately felt at home that we extended our stay there. If it was possible we would’ve extended for longer period but it was already fully booked. I highly recommend this place.

예약할때부터 위치와 시설에 대한 궁금함이 많았는데 도착후 4일간 머무르는 동안 이 지역에서 제일 괜찮은 집구조와 인테리어란걸 알게됐다. 이곳에는 집집마다 외국인들에겐 익숙치 않은 향피우는 작은 제당과 저녁이면 불들어오는 등이 있는데 이 숙소에는 없어서 다행이었다. 올드 타운은 걸어가기는 조금 멀지만 구경도 할겸 우리 가족은 걸어 갔다가 돌아 올때는 그랩을 이용했다. 아침마다 다르게 주는 식사(쌀국수,비빔국수,돼지고기 볶음밥)는 우리 입맛에도 잘 맞았고 커피도 망고 맛도 좋았다. 아침식사가 끝나면 숙소 청소하시는 분이 청소뿐만 아니라 어제 저녁에 라면 먹고 술먹고 어지러 놓은 설거지까지 완벽히 청소해 줍니다. 오토바이 탈 줄 알면 하루 빌려서(12만동) 이곳 저곳 다녀 보는것도 괜찮을 듯 합니다.물론 처음엔 조금 위험한데 30분 정도 타고나니 현지인 같이 타고 다녔습니다. 강가 레스토랑은 좀 비싼편이고 숙소 옆 로컬 이름없는 식당(삼겹살,달날개,순대비슷) 숯불구이 정말 맛있습니다. 먹는 장소는 조금 불편, 청결하지 않음(take out). 근처에 니한 키친레스토랑.toan's레스토랑 맛있습니다 분위기도 좋습니다. 주위에 닭고기 숯불도 있는데 비싸고 닭 다이어트 했는지 살도 없고 질깁니다. 커피 좋아 하시면 아침 일찍 숙소 바로옆 2만동 한잔 하시는 것도 추천합니다. 여러가지로 볼때 이집 위치,분위기,먹거리 전체적으로 대만족입니다.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Huyen's place is even better that we expected. Nice furniture and modern bathroom and kitchen. The check-in process was so easy even though the unit is inside a resort. We had access to the pools (the resort has a kid pool) which we really liked but didn't use because of the weather. The place is off the center, close to the beach. The host was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We'd highly recommend this place.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

다섯번째 방문인데 정말평화롭고 안전하게 쉴수있는 최적의 장소입니다..직원들 친절하고 편의시설도 잘되어 있고 안방비취가 가까이 있어 맛집에서 식사도 즐길수 있습니다.~

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
