オシャレ、静か、キレイ、スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーでした。インターネットは居室内だと弱く、ノマドの私は時々困りましたが、バルコニーやフロント、近所のオシャレなカフェやコワーキングスペースに行けば問題ありません！オールドタウンまで無料のレンタル自転車15分〜20分で着きます。Hightly recommend to stay here.

génial, nous avons été très bien reçu, logement impeccable, proche rizières, marché, vieille ville. prêt de vélo gratuit pour se balader. Nga et son mari sont vraiment très serviable et à l'écoute. nous recommandons vivement ce logement, c'était parfait.

Micha and Kim clearly love where they live and their business as it shines through in their service and small touches like providing recommendations of local restaurants and experiences. highly recommend ☺️

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, die Vermieterin konnte sehr gut Englisch und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns spontan Touren gebucht und hat uns gute Tipps für Hoi An gegeben. Wir konnten auch nachdem wir ausgecheckt sind, noch den ganzen Tag unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Können das Airbnb sehr empfehlen!!

One of my favorite homestays in all of Vietnam!! Dinh is so friendly and welcoming. The space is perfect! Nice room with a lovely view. The pool was clean, relaxing, and refreshing…and even better with the smoothie Dinh made me to enjoy while I was out there. From her delicious breakfasts to her communicating with my grab drivers on my behalf multiple times…Dinh truly is what makes this homestay stand above the rest. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Tri’s place is clean and very accessible to restaurants and other attractions in Hoi An. He is also very responsive to all my queries. Thank you for welcoming my family.

We had the best stay here. -The room is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks again

Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich konnte sie jederzeit erreichen, wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! :-)

The room for 4 is spacious. They even have a full body mirror which others don’t have so it’s cool. Although it takes time for the room to get cold cos it’s summer and the room is big.

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten dank ihnen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Hoi An. Die Zimmer waren super schön eingerichtet und sauber :) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Super tolle, saubere Unterkunft mit Frühstück. Wir haben es genossen,sogar einen Tag verlängert. Choung und ihre Familie sind sehr lieb und nett, hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir mochten es morgens unser Frühstück draussen (im Garten) vor dem See einzunehmen. Kaffee und frisches Obst waren täglich mit dabei, sowie ein leckeres Omlette und ein Bananen Pancake. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die Lage am Fluss schön. Wir haben uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen und sind zu den Reisfeldern, wo es nette Cafés mit Ausblick gibt. Der Strand ist schön und um die Ecke. Nachts war es seht ruhig und morgens hat der Hahn gerufen. Toll & Idyllisch!😊 Neben an ein sehr leckeres Restaurant, wo wir mehrfach essen waren. Der Egg Coffee ist richtig gut. Mit den Grab ist man schnell in der Old Town in Hoi An. Uns hat unsere Lage viel besser gefallen, die Old Town ist sehr laut am Abend und man wird an jeder Ecke angequatscht, Shopping, HappyHour, Bootfahrt etc., zum spazieren toll mit den bunten Laternen.🏮

The location was perfect—the night market is one street over and the ancient town is a less than 5 minute walk. The unit was clean and once they were able to move me to a back room after the first night, it was nice and quiet. Everyone working at the homestay was very kind. Breakfast is simple and convenient when you have an early morning tour.

The stay at peach house was beautiful! Not only was it located five minutes away from the amazing beach but the house owner was also very very nice. The breakfast was very good and she did go out of her way to make us feel good. Once I was late for breakfast and she still cooked me eggs. I also forgot my passport and she directly contacted me and sent it to my next destination without any problems. I would always come back there again! Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!!! Can 100% recommend!

We stayed at Thi Tuy Na’s place in February and loved our stay. The place is one block to the beach and An Thuong neighborhood with all the international dining options. It was clean and the staff was responsive. We would definitely return in the future.

Ha's was great !! She went out her way to make sure I was happy and did not have any issues. She told me a lot place to go shopping, good restaurants to go to and the best tour with the best value . She is example of a five star host . Her place is what on the site and advertised ,it is located about 15 min walk to old town , the place nice and a quiet located in the the town Hoi An but away from crazy old town, the hustle and bustle, noise of all the tourists . The next time I go to Hoi An I will stay at her place for sure. To Airbnb people this a great place to stay when you are in Hoi An.

Quedamos súper contentos con la estadía. Fueron muy cálidos y amables con nosotros, el espacio era amplio y limpio y los anfitriones nos resolvieron muchas cuestiones. Pudimos lavar nuestra ropa y conseguir tickets para paseos y eventos. También nos dieron gratuitamente las bicicletas con las que recorrimos la ciudad. Volvería a este lugar 100 veces de 100. ¡Chapeaux! 🫂

This place is amazing for a stay in hoi a great location everything walking distance or can hire a bike from reception which we did. Very clean and breakfast was perfect

Phuong and Nams place was beautiful, clean, modern and peaceful oasis away from the hustle of the old town but still a close 8-10 min cycle or motorbike ride to the old town. Phuong and Linh were warm and inviting and very quick to respond to anything I needed of more towels or toiletries. It was peaceful on the most part feels like you have a whole modern house in the middle of beautiful Hoi An nature. It is a good place if you want a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere with modern amenities. Great for remote working. Phuong is warm and kind and provided excellent recommendations and took me to an amazing local coffeeshop and showed me where the local markets are and felt more like a local. Will definitely return again.

un petite paradis préservé de l'activité intense touristique de Hoi An, au milieu de la végétation et dans une zone résidentielle superbe. hyper accessible en vélo proposés gratuitement (ou taxi pas cher avec l'application Grab), il est difficile de choisir entre rester près de la piscine et profiter du très bon restaurant ou visiter plages, centre ville et autres. Les employées sont toutes extrêmement attentives et donnent de très bons conseils, merci encore à Mimi pour toute son aide! Cette chambre était tout simplement parfaite, en hauteur et très bien isolée, literie confortable et petites attentions dans chaque détail.

넓고 쾌적한 객실입니다. 매일 깨끗한 수건과 청소 서비스를 제공했고, 즐길거리를 안내해주었습니다. 화장실 문이 잘 잠기지 않았지만 큰 문제는 아니었고 친절한 호스트 덕에 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다.

This place was amazing! Tram was so accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect right in between the beach and old city so could get anywhere quick. Facilities were amazing and so nice. Could not recommend more.

Outside of Hoi An but close to the beach and not to far from the City. Nice place to stay.

Séjour chez Kim étais super ! Rien à dire concernant le logement ! La chambre étais vraiment très bien, grande et propre avec la climatisation. Piscine accessible à tout moment ainsi que vélo et scooter à disposition ! Kim est vraiment une personne accueillante et là pour ces hôtes ! Miles merci à elle ! Je recommande à 100% si vous cherchez un endroit, aller chez Kim vous je regretterez pas.
