The space features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a pool table for entertainment, and a bright, spacious bedroom and bathroom. One of the standout features is the expansive rooftop terrace, complete with a BBQ – perfect for relaxing. The apartment has a spiral staircase to go up. Only downside is that the walls can be dusty due to the old stone.

We have 4 beautiful healthy plants in the house that we cultivate indoors and out of public view and because of this no minors can enter the house, only 18+. By law we can only possess 50 Grams of cannabis in the house. Smoking cannabis in public is prohibited in Malta so if you smoke cannabis we ask you do so inside the house.

The best place to be in St Julian's

The apartment is situated in a quiet area in St Julian's border with San Gwann. It is on the first floor (unfortunately no lift is available) but easily accessible. The main veranda faces the town and beyond. A bar table and two chairs are available to chill out. The guest bedroom measuring over 20 sq mts, having two single beds, Internet and own shower and balcony. A roof garden ( which is private ) is also available with stunning views for sunbathing and relaxing.
