Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

This quiet place will allow you to return to nature and simplicity. Outdoor dry toilet. Possibility of access to an outdoor bathroom in the middle of nature if hot water is available. Various walks and hikes on site.

This house has been specially designed to enjoy intimacy and let the imagination fly, as this space comes to convey unique sensations. The views, the silence, the starry sky, the singing of the birds, the water, the wood, the careful lighting, the sound equipment, the image..... has been worked to the last detail, most of the wood is walnut, hand-carved.
