The location is excellent: the area is quiet, shops are within walking distance (Woolworth's groceries, Priceline pharmacy and others), and getting there is easy. Public transportation is available via buses and metros. The housing and infrastructure looks quite new. You can park your car (or two) under the carport right in front of the house and there are available visitor spots too adjacent to the building. There is a park right next to the building, though you must walk there a bit longer for to the fence. In the building, the first floor has the living area and the kitchen, the second floor the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, visiting Zoos, Opera House, and other attractions and blue mountains, and spent some time on the patio too. We were fully able to cook dinners and wash laundry. Overall, I don't know anything that we were missing. The pdf instructions were clear, and the host was always responsive. This was the trip of a lifetime for us!

Lovely property, great host

I can't express just how beautiful this home was! The photographs online match exactly what you are greeted with on arrival and the views are absolutely stunning. Ryan and Louisa were the perfect hosts and were easily accessible when i had any enquiries. I highly recommend this Air BnB as you will not be disappointed! I am already looking to re-book as soon as i get the opportunity. 10/10 stars!

Sarah really looked after us as we hired the house for a long weekend as our wedding venue was just down the road. House has everything you need, coffee machine is excellent. Lots of space which was handy when all the family came over to get ready ahead of the wedding. Nice 10 min walk down to the water and to the Hunters Hill shops the other direction with a little supermarket and plenty of cafes etc. Great house, has everything you need and Sarah is a brilliant host. Would stay again

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

We had a great stay. It was a great size super clean and comfy beds. A short walk to Woolworths shops and even down to the new metro station. Very enjoyable.

We are return visitors to Dill’s place. It is very clean, is a new build, is spacious and comfortable. She is very responsive in communication and her place is well priced.

Fantastic stay at Manly Beach haven, beautifully appointed apartment, comfortable beds, lovely linens and gorgeous decor. Loved the location just a short walk to Manly. Jos & Rob were great hosts, communication was quick and helpful and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Linh and Jack's wonderful house was probably one of the best air bnb's we've stayed at. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. They had a little guide to the area and the house which was very handy. Linh and Jack were also very accomodating with check out and extending the stay when we had to add an extra day to our trip last minute. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend!

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Well designed space with thoughtful details. Tranquil outlook to a manicured private garden, making this home feel far larger than it is. Full kitchen with great amenities, ideal for cooking meals at "home". Quiet and offers a real sense of privacy even though it is on the owner's property. Well located; 2 mins drive to Mona Vale shops, supermarkets and cafes. Gorgeous walking trails nearby. We'd love to return next time we visit the Northern beaches.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! Access to kayaks and a boat made the stay that much more enjoyable, and house was well stocked with everything you could need.

This was by far the best airbnb experience I’ve had to date. Mamta was an exceptional host from her communication to everything else. She was super accommodating. I used her place to get ready in for my wedding day and she even had a welcome hamper for us to celebrate. The house was absolutely immaculate and even better than the photos!

We had the most wonderful stay at this Balmain townhouse. The views of the Harbour Bridge and city skyline were beautiful, especially at night with the lights and occasional fireworks. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Both bedrooms are spacious with great views, blockout blinds, comfortable beds and tons of wardrobe space. The kitchen was very well equipped and having a separate office space was a big plus as we needed to work remotely for a few days. The private courtyard was a highlight, perfect for our morning coffee and evening wine. The building’s indoor pool, spa, and gym were an added bonus. Check-in was seamless, the hosts were responsive and thoughtful, and the location couldn’t be better - close to cafes, shops, and the bus into the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

I must say that this is the very Best AIRBNB experience Ive ever had; Ian has set a truly exemplary standard of attention to detail, sense of place, aesthetic experience, cutlery etc. demonstrating the best sense of Northern Beaches Sydney Style. That bed!- crisp warm and snug after a tough day of business or exploring , was a rare treat indeed. Dont get greedy Ian, but the Best value & quality of experience for the funds I have seen out of AirBNB. This is a noisy roadside position, yet the Architecture was beautifully quiet to experience; I found the little round table a little low for computing, but found the stools & bench just fine for that work An Outstanding experience, from the no-fuss acceptance of booking to the simple no-Key lockup system- ; I surely hope I may stay with your place again; an Outstanding experience when a number of more prosaic AIR BNB stays are priced at almost extortionate levels. We had a great weekend away at the Ahara House! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, and the home was ideal for our large group. The heated pool, sauna, and fire pit were perfect for the winter season and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the host was excellent — great communication and helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
