Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Putnam County

Our stay was AMAZING!!! My husband and I traveled here with our four children ages 20,17,15 and 8 PLUS an extra 19 year old and extra 14 year old!!! The space was PERFECT for us!!! It was perfectly situated between the 2 main waterfall parks we wanted to visit.. Burgess Falls and Falls Creek Falls. The home is private and has a beautiful view of the lake. It's tucked away so you really feel immersed in nature. We enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub and SO. MUCH. POOL!! Kids had a blast and everyone slept so comfortably!! Beds are SO COMFY!! What I really want to rave about is how well appointed the kitchen is. OMG... we brought tons of food and I cooked most meals and everything I needed was there!! Even a hand held mixer!! Again, I was cooking for 8 and the kitchen was just as easy as being at home. I'm was so grateful for this!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERGREEN LODGE. It's a mix of everything you could want from a vacation home! Thank you!!

This place is a hidden gem! Perfect for our party of 4. Very well kept. Peaceful , clean, comfortable and close to the marina where we keep our boat. Great location to town where you can find anything you need. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Will definitely return! Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend at Marshall’s place! I was especially pleased with the kitchen. We’ve stayed places where there weren’t enough plates and only a few utensils, and this kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner! The setting of the cabin was beautiful and it was very peaceful. It’s tricky to find the place by using the GPS but Marshall sent really helpful directions. Follow those!! The cabin was clean and comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

Awesome place over looking CHL. We were here for my daughters wedding at Chestnut Falls. It's location was everything I needed with it being 5 miles away. The accommodations for multifamily/ friends was perfect!!! Thank you for everything!

Definitely enjoyed our stay here for spring break. Host was very responsive and left thorough instructions which made things easy to navigate. Absolutely amazing views of the lake, and the house was equally as beautiful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a serene, quiet, and secluded stay.

Wonderful 2 night stay for our family of 6! Everyone loved the space, extra soft blankets, and the hot tub. Decor was beautiful, had everything we needed, and view was amazing! The kids enjoyed having their space in the loft, with a TV too! Had a great day hiking at Fall Creek Falls!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The decor was stylish, the beds and couches were super comfortable, and the hot tub and game room were a blast. The kitchen amenities were much better than at other places we have stayed at before. The high quality toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch too! Our family of 5 was very comfortable here and would highly recommend!

Excellent host, friendly and ready to be helpful. Place was clean, quiet, and fit a rather large family. The view was lovely but it did rain a lot and unfortunately no star gazing (not their fault). The beautiful forest does obstruct the view of the lake alot but it is insanely quiet and peaceful. the deck balcony and hot tub is a great spot to hang out. It is a tough hike down to the lake with no real spot to really sit and enjoy the lake when you get to the bottom. A much needed and relaxing trip to take with the family. One weird critique though, we aren't a tall family and it just seemed like everything we were trying to reach was super high up. Ladder is provided which is nice but feels weird to use to plug in electronics for the kids like chrome cast and Nintendo switches. Also as a soft sleeper myself half the beds are pretty firm except the downstairs bed which is super soft and comfortable pick that one lol. overall worth the money and a great trip with the family

This was place was amazing! The hot tub out back was wonderful. The kitchen had every gadget, pot and pan you could want. The shower was heavenly. And the view! We sat for hours on the porch. Such a great time. Loved our stay! Beautiful home! We had a Ford escape all wheel drive and we had no issues with the driveway If you go into Smithville eat at Aces. The atmosphere is small town but the food is better than I’ve had in some NYC Michelin restaurants. We had the crab cakes, the steak, and scallop. Amazing FOOD! Also definitely drive over to burgess falls state park. So peaceful and such a pretty trail!

My family did a last minute weekend away here coming from Nashville. The place was great, the interior was very clean and you could tell they take great care in every detail. The kitchen had everything we needed and my kids had a blast with all the games and making s’mores at the fire pit.
