Nathan was a great host! He was very invested in helping us make the most of our trip, offering great recommendations and showing amazing friendliness. The house is even better than it looks in the pictures: cozy, clean, and full of things to do… not to mention how amazing the view and surroundings are. I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s. My mother, sister, niece, nephew and daughter (DePauw student) had plenty of room, enjoyed a movie together, watched Sunday football, talked, laughed and pet the cats a lot. I would highly recommend!

We stayed for a couple nights at the end of May as we had a wedding in town. This whole stay was an awesome experience. As always, we made a run to Walmart to pick up everything we thought we'd need, but later we found that the kitchen needs were already very well provided for! There's also tons of space in this house. We had 8 people staying and one group was in the "poker room", one group was watching TV, and another group was in the dining room. No one was bumping into each other. The college is close and I went for a long walk on campus early one morning listening to a PodCast, and that was very nice and peaceful. It's such a great location! Finally, the owners were very communicative with the many questions we posed to them the day before our trip, and that really helped us as well. I can't say enough about this experience. 5 Stars - thank you so much!

This house was awesome! It was very clean and welcoming and worked perfect for our family with older adults. Hot tub was a bonus! Easiest check-out instructions ever where you just put the used towels in the bathroom tub. Thank you! We’ve stayed twice and look forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at Meggan’s place! She made check-in and check-out a breeze and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Her communication made everything easy and stress-free. The house and property were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for our out-of-state wedding, which made a big difference during such a busy time. The yard was peaceful and relaxing, and the pool was a highlight—such a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. Finding a place in Greencastle can be challenging so I was excited when Rosemary’s place showed up! It was the perfect place for our family during DePauw graduation weekend. Although Wi-Fi ended up being out, Rosemary went above and beyond and beyond to try to make things right.

The house was great for myself and friends who came back for our alumni reunion. The proximity to DePauw’s campus is fantastic!

This listing was perfect for a group of 5! Lavinia set out fresh flowers for us, the beds were comfy, there were lots of extra blankets/sheets/pillows, the whole space was very clean, and the front door lock keypad was easy to use. The living room and the back room were both great conversation areas, and the covered back porch was beautiful!

Great stay, felt like home. Connie was very friendly and prompt to any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as described. It was an older place but clean and had that Midwest charm. Jenee was responsive throughout the entire time when we had questions. She was very responsive in providing extra linens we requested. It was great. If we had one critique, it would be the water pressure was very low in the shower. It was not strong at all and during the shower would dwindle to less pressure than at the start of the shower.

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !

Me and the guys had a great time. Actually pretty spacious, which surprised us. Very peaceful in big on peace and having an area to myself and this was perfect. A little bit away from all the events we were going too but loved every time we stepped inside the door!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Penny’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Penny was a great communicator, and the location was perfect for exploring nature, shopping farmer markets, and visiting historical towns. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone
