A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea with our beautiful apartment Wiek in Binz. The apartment is located in the bathroom architecture villa Concordia in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It's only 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed ensures a restful night's sleep, the large south-facing balcony ensures that you can let your mind wander in the sun, but the electric fireplace also creates a cosy atmosphere when the weather doesn't play along. Much of the furniture is antique or from earlier decades, preserving the original character of the house. The farm is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.
