Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Punta Secca

It was a little gem in beautiful Scicli! Away from the centre, in a secluded little street where cars were not allowed. Beautiful scenery in front of us, peaceful and only 10 minutes walking from everything. The house was clean and very sweetly decorated. Chiara was a great host, answered to every question very quickly and gave us some useful information.

The most perfect stay in Modica. We used the car park recommended which was free and easy to find with the instructions shared. Just beware of the steep walk with luggage (approx. 7 mins). Peppe greeted us at the car which was brilliant. He was super welcoming even offering some food reccos. The home is stunning with the best view of Modica! This house is much more than just a fantastic place to stay! This house is an absolute work of art and the ones who planned, implemented and decorated it are real artists! I couldn't stop walking through the rooms and looking at the details. Everything is just beautiful and functional at the same time: from wardrobe hooks, sheets, towels and plates, to the furniture to the great stove. Only high quality materials are processed in this house, nothing is cheap or kitschy. No compromises were made here. There are some beautiful, tailor-made decor accents and otherwise there is no unnecessary stuff around! The walled garden is fantastic, but especially we loved the small viewing terrace, where you can sit in the morning sun. Scicli is a picturesque town, many beautiful restaurants are within walking distance and experiencing the Easter celebrations there was a very special experience. Thank you!

Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

The house and location were fantastic for us! We couldn't stop enjoying the peace and let the view wander over the beautiful countryside. The house is very nicely decorated and ideal for 2 persons. The facility is functional, without unnecessary stuff. Communication with Melissa was great. We really enjoyed it and would come back right away.

Truly special. This cavernous little house dug into the cliff amongst the rabbit warren old town of Modica is one of a kind. The photos do not prepare you for the stunning view over the old town, burrowed into the valley below. The house itself is clean, functional and has what you need for a few days stay. Despite the raging heat outside, it stays cool throughout the day. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a memorable experience. Our check in/out was easy and hospitable, leaving nothing wanting.

Rossella is a very friendly, straightforward and flexible host. We felt very comfortable in their place. The apartment is small but offers everything needed for two people. The sloping roof gives the apartment a great charm. Breathtaking and super beautiful is the large, sunny terrace. The sea, despite the second row of streets, is almost within easy reach due to the height of the terrace (3rd floor). Within walking distance are shopping as well as the beautiful village center of Marina di Ragusa with many restaurants, bars and gelaterias. The apartment on the third floor is only accessible by stairs (the last one a little narrow and steep). You should be good on foot - then that's fine. Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

Good space with great views over the city. Well equiped kitchen. Second bedroom and larger outside terrace are accessed via a narrow staircase, but there is a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor too. Would suggest parking above/behind Duomo di San Giorgio on Corso Francesco Crispi for an easier walk, especially with luggage.

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!

This is an amazing property which looks even better than the photos . The quality of all the items from the bed linen to the kitchenware are all top quality not what you would expect from a rental. The property was spotlessy clean throughout and the two terraces were fabulous. On saying all this the star is the host Francesco who collected us in his car from the bus terminal and on arrival at the property had lunch of delicious Sicilian food waiting for us and also a very thoughtful gift . He was also super quick in responding to any questions we had and his local recommendations for food were spot on. Five star +++ all round

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and always communicated super fast and uncomplicated. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with all questions. The WiFi is stable and is also well suited for video calls, if necessary. I would definitely come back and can only recommend this apartment.

Absolutely beautiful beach location with lovely sand and clear blue waters. Very clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment about 15-20 minutes' walk to the centre of Donnalucata along the beach. We travelled as a couple but would be fantastic place to bring children as sea is calm and fairly shallow. Very responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay in Stefania’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and the attention to detail was evident throughout - from providing of extensive cooking equipment to beach towels and umbrellas. The terrace was the highlight for us and we enjoyed relaxing and cooking at the outdoor kitchen. Stefania’s recommendations were also amazing, we visited several and enjoyed them all. We loved our stay here and hope to return to Ortigia and Stefania’s place someday!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend
