This place was amazing. The balcony views are beautiful and perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets and then stargazing at night. I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the home as well as having access to a parking spot directly beside it. Also, the beds were comfortable and worked perfect for our couple nights in the area. Thank you, Juana Maria for a wonderful time! I’d recommend staying at this place to anyone.

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . The photos in the listing do not do this place justice. The view from the patio/terrace is truly breathtaking. The inside is okay, kind of dreary and could use a paint job, but the insane view makes this place a destination in itself. Felipe has a special piece of property perfectly situated looking into a big valley of the lush rain forest. Seriously we changed plans and chose to spend more time at the Airbnb just to enjoy sitting on that patio with the view. If you want to feel like you’re in nature and a little isolated come here. It is stunning.

Our stay at Maribel’s home was overall wonderful! I’m giving 5 stars because the power outage was completely out of her control — the power went out the day we arrived and stayed out for two days. Even growing up in Puerto Rico, the heat without electricity was tough to manage. With the ongoing issues with LUMA, I recommend all Airbnbs in the area consider backup options like solar panels or generators. I purchased lanterns to safely walk around at night, and Maribel quickly refunded me as I left them behind for future guests. The home was thoughtfully stocked with basic essentials like Q-Tips, towels, and more, plus a welcome kit. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and other supplies perfect for trips to the beach, river, or even just relaxing at the house. Despite the power outage, Maribel’s hospitality, quick communication, and attention to detail made a big difference. I would definitely stay again — hopefully with backup power next time! #PalCarajoLUMA

Great location with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The home offers plenty of space for large groups to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Dennis was very responsive, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed—including household essentials and beach chairs.

It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Casa del Encanto truly lives up to its name. I visit Puerto Rico every 5 to 7 months, and this was one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating stays I’ve had. I originally booked it to assess the location ahead of the upcoming Bad Bunny concert since hotel prices are soaring, but I didn’t want to leave—not even to go to the beach. It was full-on Zen mode for me and my partner. The views, breeze, and privacy were everything. A vehicle is definitely needed, but it’s worth it for the comfort and quiet. Sara and Alex’s hospitality and communication were first class—they made us feel like family. One important tip: go with the restaurant they recommend. We chose Pizzería Rústica—Brooklyn-style pizza and tap beer hit the spot. I’m already planning my return.
