We thoroughly enjoyed this Cape Coral home. The pool and hot tub were great! We enjoyed the amenities and the layout of the home; it was perfect for our family of 4…(with 2 college age kids). Maggie was great to communicate with and responsive to our questions and concerns.

Great stay for family of 5. Lots of room, pool and canal were great. Also a pool table and games for family competition. Bikes and fishing poles, walking distance to restaurant and morning coffee on the water. This rental had everything we could want and need. Full kitchen for cooking for family and one with food allergy. Super responsive host who was helpful for any questions. Home is wonderful condition, clean and able to navigate for someone with mobility challenges. We had a wonderful stay!

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

I can’t enough about this place. It felt like a sweet little heaven. Anytime I had a question I had a response in just a few short minutes. Great recommendations to restaurants in the area and detailed book about the amenities in the area. Ft. Meyers beach and sanibel are in great proximity to go to the beach. We found so many fun things to do in the area but just staying back at the house was a perfect retreat. Even my kids didn’t want to leave…

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

We vacationed here for a week w/ all our adult kids and we all LOVED it! The house is very clean! The house is just like it shows in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The fishing pier was great! There was so much room for everyone we didn't feel like we were on top of everyone. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Our family of 7 had a great stay here! This home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is ready to cook in, beds are comfortable and clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There were lots of toys to have fun in the pool. The dock is a good size with a nice area to sit in the shade or the sun. The host was very responsive and pleasant to interact with, even allowing us an early check-in.

If you are considering Island Too for your next vacation, don’t hesitate and book it! The place is gorgeous with such attention to detail. The views of the Gulf were absolutely breath taking. We loved spending our evening on the balcony couch watching the sunset. The building itself is located on the south side of Fort Meyers beach which is great because it’s quiet yet just a short bike ride or car ride to more of the action. We used the building bikes every morning and enjoyed stopping at the MoJoe’s food truck for coffee and breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

Our stay at the Tarpon House was nothing short of incredible. The home is gorgeous and looks brand new. Everything we needed was provided from dish soap to beach chairs. The pool was our favorite part! Gorgeous sunset dinners at the Tiki Hut. Could not have asked for a better vacation home. The host were amazing and had it all ready for us upon arrival. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral! The house was absolutely spotless! You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better. The space was bright, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and how close it was to great restaurants and waterfront views. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Erin was by far the best host I have ever met and her house was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested. I still can’t get over the price of our stay for being right on the water, the views and everything around here. I would have happily of paid double!! We will definetly be back in the near future!!!!!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—close to everything and right near the main channel, making it a true boater’s paradise with a boat lifts and dock. The home is beautifully remodeled with great fixtures and had everything we needed and more. Tons of parking space with a convenient circular driveway. We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back!

Becky was a great host and very responsive to our messages. Great recommendations on local restaurants and shopping areas. We liked the local beach, pool at the home, and fishing off the dock in back. Great home, so spacious! Very clean and clutter-free, but with everything we needed to enjoy the area. Would definitely go here again.

My family and I spent the holiday weekend in Cape Coral and this place was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our family meals, and the home was spotless with plenty of toiletries. Is any essentials provided. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful view. Highly recommend recommended for a relaxing getaway - we'll definitely be returning!

Chris and Iveta’s place was everything we could have hoped for.. it was extremely clean and the location was perfect. We brought our boat over and were able to leave it in the water right behind the house so we didn’t have to fight the traffic at the boat ramp. The house was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, we literally had everything we needed with no stress. The restaurants are wonderful and are very close to the house, or the house has a beautiful kitchen and a grill outside. I have stayed in Captivia in the past but I will definitely be coming back to stay here next time. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful home on the water I highly recommend staying here.

Unit was as listed. Clean and close to the beach. Jesus was responsive and came over and introduced himself after I checked in.

A wonderful place to stay! Easy walk to a quiet beach, and the condo is pristine. Had the best cooking supplies of any Airbnb we’ve been to - in terms of quantity and quality. Also went above and beyond supplying necessities like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, some paper towels and trash bags, ets. Beds had quality mattresses and were comfortable. Pool is nice - was warm and we were usually the only people there. Loved our stay!
