It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

THE STUDIO DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, there is a floor and ceiling fan but during the months of June-November, it is uncomfortably warm. You will see we are one of the most affordable units in the town, because the studio is SMALL and does not have AC. Outside of the summer months, our cozy studio is perfect for couples or single travelers looking for affordable yet well-appointed accommodation four blocks from the waves.

Beautiful property, very clean, EXTREMELY responsive host. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Home was comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Crisp linens and comfortable beds. Two golf carts was major plus for our large group. Host was amazing! Our group had a lot of requests and questions and Luisa handled it ALL. Thank you Luisa!

This is our second stay at Casa de Surf and we would never look elsewhere in Punta de Mita. The space is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient for experiencing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming town. Candice is an excellent host who makes traveling to her home easy and essentially seamless. She provides great information, recommendations and all the comforts of home. Visiting Punta de Mita and Casa de Surf will delight you and exceed your expectations. We were well cared for by the guards at the gate, who became our friends. We also received a referral for a private driver who took us to Puerta Vallarta, Sayulita and the airport. He is personable, courteous, dependable and a safe driver. I have his contact information to share with his permission. Aleks Spindola. Ask at the security gate if you need transportation. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s tucked away in such a private, peaceful area. I felt completely relaxed and safe the entire time. The energy of the space was so calming and positive. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, truly some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. The space itself was stunning beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect. The natural light pouring in through the windows created such a beautiful atmosphere. The air-conditioning was great too, even though I barely needed it. This place was everything I needed and more. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband, my granddaughter and I stayed for five days and only wish it could’ve been five months. The apartment was as described and absolutely comfortable and delightful. The location was excellent. We enjoyed walking around town, eating in different restaurants, swimming in the two pools. All in all, it’s a great place to relax, and we intend to come back.
