Excellent location, a very quiet area, the place is very nice and close to everything, all the furniture and utensils are new, communication with the host is very good!

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

Without hesitation I would return to the same place, very friendly people, clean and without a lot of crowds, very comfortable, clean and equipped apartment. Highly recommended

Alejandra has a beautiful apartment; it exceeded our expectations! Her response was on time, which helped us a lot since we had been traveling around the country and sometimes we didn't have Internet access. Alejandra is also a very friendly person and attentive to our needs. We hope to welcome us back into your stay in the future.

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

We stayed at Patricio's house for an extended weekend in Salinas and the experience was excellent. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing as a family. The area seemed quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Patricio was very kind and always attentive to us being well, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

We stayed with the whole family, the place is very nice and clean. Susana is always attentive to our arrival and flexible with the check-in time. My children loved the place, it was very close to the beach.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and morning walks. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything we needed. A fascinating place to go with family or friends, the pleasant thing is the hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby and we thought it was great that the building management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.
