Beach apartment holiday rentals in Punta Cana

Spacious 1 BR condo as described in listing. Clean on arrival with cleaning supplies available. Wifi great, hot water supply also very good. The pool in this complex is fantastic with lots of loungers and is well maintained. Kitchen could use some extra amenities however we managed to cook without much issue. Restaurants and beach are a short walk away and we felt safe doing so. We would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is the electricity is very expensive! We paid $300usd deposit. Once home and electricity calculated, we were refunded as only had fans on in the day and air conditioning in bedroom at night.

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. Roof top have great views and jacuzzi. We had amazing time in Punta Cana. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time on the balcony. William was kind enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was very much appreciated! The pool and on site restaurant were incredible and extremely convenient. We loved being a quick (2mins) walk to the beach and the private chairs/umbrellas were amazing! We definitely recommend William and the Stanza Mare condominiums and hope to be back!

Such a great find! Everything was walkable, with a multitude of really good restaurants to choose from. The beach was legit 10 feet from the front door. The property felt pretty safe. The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of activities to do!

We had an amazing time at Romain’s place. It’s very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; we didn’t miss a thing the entire weekend. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning, but Romain and Olena’s team responded incredibly quickly. They came to the apartment and were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We even left a personal item behind, and someone from the team went out of their way to return it to us right away. Communication with Romain and Olena was always fast, clear and very attentive. They made us feel truly welcome, and we hope to come back soon.

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

Excellent place, very cozy, everything as if you were at home, we had a small accident with a glass, however we were able to overcome it and we really appreciate the hospitality.

We loved the place, it's just like the pictures . For those who don't go to an all-inclusive . I think it's the ideal place to know several areas and also stay on the beach . This place has direct beach access.

Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.

Over all great place. Pump of pool was broken so pool was dirty . Great place to relax. Will go again for sure

This place was phenomenal , comfortable spacious top tier luxury everything felt new the touch , taste the location and amenities were great . The apartment didn’t lack anything happy with the stay .

Ingrid is a great host, stayed in communication all the time and willing to collaborate to make our stay a memorable one. On our arrival we were handed the key in the Lobby and a staff accompanied us to the apartment. We leave the vehicle in the parking lot and take the elevator to get to the property. Something that is appreciated is to have supermarket carts to transport everything from the parking lot. The apartment is spacious, and has a privileged view of the Marina de Capcana, seeing the sunsets and the sunrises as a family, was the best. Something we appreciate for a good rest is that the property has comfortable beds and pillows, bed linen and towels, the air conditioners work 100% and allow to maintain a pleasant temperature in all areas of the house. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, and enough utensils. Steps to Playa API, Maralía Restaurant. I highly recommend it, I hope to be back soon.
