Beach apartment holiday rentals in Punta Cana

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Spacious 1 BR condo as described in listing. Clean on arrival with cleaning supplies available. Wifi great, hot water supply also very good. The pool in this complex is fantastic with lots of loungers and is well maintained. Kitchen could use some extra amenities however we managed to cook without much issue. Restaurants and beach are a short walk away and we felt safe doing so. We would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is the electricity is very expensive! We paid $300usd deposit. Once home and electricity calculated, we were refunded as only had fans on in the day and air conditioning in bedroom at night.

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. Roof top have great views and jacuzzi. We had amazing time in Punta Cana. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time on the balcony. William was kind enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was very much appreciated! The pool and on site restaurant were incredible and extremely convenient. We loved being a quick (2mins) walk to the beach and the private chairs/umbrellas were amazing! We definitely recommend William and the Stanza Mare condominiums and hope to be back!

We had an amazing time at Romain’s place. It’s very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; we didn’t miss a thing the entire weekend. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning, but Romain and Olena’s team responded incredibly quickly. They came to the apartment and were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We even left a personal item behind, and someone from the team went out of their way to return it to us right away. Communication with Romain and Olena was always fast, clear and very attentive. They made us feel truly welcome, and we hope to come back soon.

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

Claudia's place was awesome! The unit was clean, bed was comfortable, and had everything we needed. The complex was very nice and quiet. We would stay here again

Ce fut un long séjour et très agréable , assez spacieux pour deux personnes dans un environnement très paisible .pour améliorer le confort il reste uniquement à remplacer le matelas principal. L hôte Yvan est très aidant et disponible pour ses clients , il a aussi plusieurs autres logements locatifs à Punta cana et ses environs

Nos encantó el lugar, es tal cual las imágenes . Para los que no van a un todo incluido . Me parece que es el lugar ideal para conocer varias zonas y además permanecer en la playa . Este lugar tiene acceso directo a la playa .

Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.

L’hôte est très sympathique, bonne communication. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce. La piscine est très bien. À 20min de la plage à pied c’est parfait. Il y a quelques travaux et des travailleurs qui tourne beaucoup dans la résidence mais je n’en tient même pas rigueur car le logement était sublime.

Stayed for a few days on a birthday trip and enjoyed every minute! The bedrooms were spacious and when we had small maintenance issues Miguel sent over a handyman and it got resolved! We especially loved that the master bedroom has its own entrance to the picuzzi. The staff in the building were also very helpful and kind.

Great place to stay! Beautiful upstairs patio. Comfortable, spacious, and stylish. Would definitely stay here again.

Ingrid es una excelente host, se mantuvo todo el tiempo en comunicación y dispuesta a colaborar para que nuestra estancia fuera memorable. A nuestra llegada nos entregaron la llave en el Lobby y un personal nos acompañó hasta el apartamento. Dejamos el vehículo en el parqueo y tomamos el ascensor para llegar a la propiedad. Algo que se agradece es contar con carritos de supermercado para transportar todo desde el parqueo. El apartamento es amplio, y tiene una vista privilegiada a la Marina de Capcana, ver las puestas de sol y los amaneceres en familia, fue lo mejor. Algo que agradecemos para un buen descanso es que la propiedad cuenta con camas y almohadas cómodas, lencería de cama y toallas de primera calidad, los aires acondicionados funcionan 100% y permiten mantener una temperatura agradable en todos los espacios de la casa. La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos, y menaje suficiente. A pasos de playa API, restaurante Maralía. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, espero volver pronto.
