We had a very nice time there and can recommend the place.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

fantastic accommodation in all its completeness, clean and tidy, complete with everything you might need, very nice and friendly hosts as well as available for any need, discreet in the fact of not monitoring their guests. In short, highly recommended as a location for holidays, very inclined for a possible summer experience in the future, thanks for everything.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house, very complete, lovely pool and friendly owner! We loved our days here.

A home surrounded by a garden with local plants, herbs, and pine trees. Possibility to spread the linens under the trees, take a shower outdoors, wash the dog on the way back from the sea. In the house everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. An out of time experience with many comforts of our times. Very nice

We had a very nice stay in Punat. As a welcome gift, there was homemade honey and medicine :-) We felt very comfortable. The very nice landlord couple lives right next door and is always responsive. Privacy goes down a bit, but we were mainly on the beautiful island so everything was great and pleasant. Thank you for the time.

Sanjin's house is quietly located below the coastal road. From there, many destinations are within easy reach. The house is very well and lovingly furnished, from the terrace you have a fantastic view. Communication with Sanjin was quick and easy. We were greeted by many cats, some quite persistent with their demands for food, which was also available. We like cats and were happy about them. We would love to come back any time!

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Bruna's place is right in the old town of Vrbnik. Despite the great heat, we were able to have the stone house well air-conditioned. With two ways to sit outside and everything you need in the kitchen, we were well taken care of. Supermarket, bakery & many cafes & bars nearby! There are numerous steps into and inside the house! Bruno always responded quickly and helpful! We really enjoyed our holiday! Thanks!

This accommodation is a gem and is highly recommended! Such warm and generous hospitality as from the family, Zuza is unique and an enriching warm experience! We are very grateful for the great time and want to expressly thank Milan, Ante, Carla and Dominik. The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking! The apartment is super clean and there is a new, practical outdoor shower in front of the door! It is just beautiful there!

We liked the house very much and corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (secluded and yet you are quickly in the city center and by the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and high chair were provided for our baby and also a safety gate on the stairs were installed and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We will be back :)

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

We had an amazing stay and Nikica was a great host.

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

A stylishly furnished house in a quiet location with beautiful views!

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in. Great private location with driveable distance to beautiful local beaches. We used this place to explore the coastal beaches from BASKA in KRK (about 1hr 20min) to MAKARSKA (around 4hrs). MARIN is a Great Person. He is very responsive and always friendly.
