Holiday rentals with beach access in Pumpkin Hill

Nice and quiet place to stay!

Perfect little place for my partner and one year old. We did the a small part of the hauraki trail then settled in for the night. Mark & Cheryl were very welcoming and showed us around the place so we were comfortable. They also recommended places for us to eat out and grab a drink. Would highly recommend to any families or a small group 🙂

Had a perfect stay in this cute little spot after road tripping in a van for a week. The hot tub was an absolute treat, and the space was large for a studio, and tucked away in the jungle where it was very quiet. Exactly what we needed!

Perfect spot for Whitianga adventure, just down the road from all the restaurants and all the cool spots. So peaceful and quiet you can sit and watch all the boats heading out and coming back... even listen to the birds arguing on the estuary...

Great place to stay and friendly, welcoming host. Super comfortable and cosy and easy distance to everything. Nice a sunny with lots of natural light. Peaceful too. Will be back

My husband, my friend and I very much enjoyed our stay at John’s place. It was as described, situated conveniently near both the beach and town. Especially appreciated was a second bathroom. John responded promptly to a query or two and offered helpful suggestions. We would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again.

Such a lovely place where you can find everything that you need (and that’s totally rare). Super comfortable and well-equipped! It’s very well located with stores around the corner, the beach nearby, and easy access to explore the whole area in coromandel. Highly recommended!

Bob and Jess has a beautiful house with an amazing view that you can wake up too. House was so cozy and warm and then as hosts were so helpful whenever I needed to ask them something. The house was clean and had even extra things that we forgot to bring so that was super amazing. 10/10 recommend this place. Will definitely come back again

This was a lovely location for our Anzac weekend with good friends. A great set up for the 4 of us. We all absolutely loved the view from the deck. Beds are super comfy and a very clean and tidy home. We managed the driveway just fine. We hope to visit again. Thank you Paul, you have an amazing property in a stunning location.

Stayed this time with extended family. Always feel right at home here. Max is super responsive and helpful. Noticed a few upgrades this time too. It is definitely a return place for us, right near beach, perfect anytime of the year

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.

Easy check in instructions, close to supermarket and restaurants, very comfortable bed (we slept well!), tea, coffee and milk available and everything you need to self catering. 2 bedrooms available. Parking available onsite. Thank you for having us!

We had such a lovely stay at Deb’s apartment! It was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many. It was beautifully laid out, very comfortable, spacious kitchen and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The space was family friendly, and we felt very at home.
