Close to supermarkets,restaurants,bars, evening markets,parties in the square,boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena.lucernary bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces,no one prohibits being able to hang out on the street,the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door to exchange a chat in the summer evenings,we find all this very characteristic! Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is truly a little piece of paradise: peaceful, relaxing, and just a 1-minute walk from a beautiful beach. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I would absolutely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment in Sardinia! Everything worked out perfectly from start to finish. Paola is an incredibly warm and helpful host – she provided us with many great tips! The check-in and check-out were totally relaxed and uncomplicated. Communication with Paola was super pleasant, fast and reliable. You felt immediately welcome and comfortable. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy and ideally located. We highly recommend the accommodation and especially Paola as a host! :)

The small house is nestled in a holiday complex. You absolutely have your privacy. Beautiful view of a castle and Santa Maddalena from the terrace. The house is simple, practical and very clean. Shared pool with lifeguard and lunch break. Alberto is easily accessible. A place to feel good, relax, without Wi-Fi ;) what we love! Beaches, Palau, shopping all a stone's throw away, car needed.

Very well equipped and very well located accommodation to access the surrounding beaches, go to the center of Palau, go to Santa Theresa Di Gallura, and to the Costa Smeralda. The residence is very large and we had access to 2 large swimming pools. The downstairs terrace is very nice and constantly shaded. The upstairs terrace has a nice view of the sunset. The only thing this place would be missing is Air conditioning but we knew it when we booked.
