Waterfront holiday rentals in Pula

Very nicely decorated, peaceful, private apartment in a beautiful fjord. Loved the beach bar a short walk down the road.

Stoja is really comfortable and quiet as an area, and you can get to the center of Pula in 7/8 minutes by car. We preferred to travel by bus because it is very practical: in a maximum of 12/13 minutes you can get to the central stop (Giardini 3 p&r stop), having a rechargeable card (which Bernarda had already left on the table with about 7 euros inside😍) each trip costs only €0.90. The stop is one minute from the apartment. Also nearby is the Max City shopping center and a bakery. The beach is a minute's walk away and is wonderful. It is rocky, 😍 of course, but almost all the beaches here are. There's not much to say about the apartment, small but beautiful. The veranda and the garden overlooking the sea are very charming, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and we also used the washing machine. Bernarda, her husband and little Dotty are really kind and helpful. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and hope to see you again ❤️

The view was a dream, the apartment was clean and we felt very comfortable right away! Everything we needed was there - a small couch would be perfect ;-) The field with the olive grove was also perfect for a little evening stroll. The area is basically more touristy, which can sometimes get louder - but that didn't bother us. The beach and the walking paths in the area were also perfect for us with the dogs. Marina and her family were very nice and friendly. All in all a wonderful time - we will be happy to come back :-)

Beautiful home! Easy walking distance to the beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

The accommodation was great and had the perfect location. Right on the water, so you really don't have to worry about anything. Suzana welcomed us very kindly and made sure that we lacked nothing. The city is also very beautiful with some really good restaurants. We will be happy to come again!

It was great! Accomodation was looking exactly as presented on the pictures. Miloš was reacting really fast and was very helpful and friendly. For some people it could be a little bit noisy because of the road, but you could use to it literally in a day. We’re sensitive to noises and this was OK. Even the BUS stop, which is basically “in front of the doors” 🙂. On the other hand it is really handy when traveling by BUS. Good price-performance ratio!

A very fun stay right in the heart of Old Town. The apartment is one floor up in an old building within narrow walkways and is decorated and equipped nicely. We were there on a Saturday night and the establishments outside below got fairly rowdy, but it’s surprisingly quiet inside when the windows are pulled shut. The wall climate control keeps the temperature comfortable and air moving when needed. The shower was great, the bed comfortable, and the host was quick to answer when we had questions.

Great location, can walk to everything. We had three couples and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home from the beginning. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and the location is perfect to reach the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery on foot. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

The small but nice apartment was ideal for us and was super centrally located in the old town of Rovinj. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. Jasmin was always available and found solutions to all problems very quickly, thank you again for that! 🙏 We'd love to come back! 🫶

Very clean and nice accommodation, we were also allowed to check in much earlier on request and the hostess speaks good German. The beach is easily accessible and equipped, offers shaded places and a beautiful, inexpensive beach bar. The water is turquoise but cloudy & nature breathtaking! The only drawback we have is that the images of the listing are outdated. Most of the furnishings have now been replaced or removed - but this is positive, especially at the top of the living room - or elsewhere. Also the large apartment complex right next door does not even exist in the pictures. This keeps it shaded for a long time, especially in the outdoor area. The village is quiet and empty, apart from the boats and cars in the harbor and a large power plant next door. However, many people travel daily to the beach & at one night there was even a big concert there. We had a lovely time overall and did not disappoint!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. It made our stay relaxing and convenient. Doris is a great host and we received lots of valuable tips for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

We really liked the apartment. Location is absolutely perfect. The house is only separated from the sea by the beach promenade and the port and the center of Fazana are within a few minutes' walk.

Everything was great. The appartment is clean, has everything available that you need in daily live like towels, kitchen accessories and so on. 3 bathrooms is great as well. and the highlight might be the balcony with a view onto the harbor. the internet connection is a little slow sometimes, but the information about it was in the description. We could still stream netflix, sometimes with a little less quality but still okay. All in all it was a great stay, communication and information was super easy. I would recommend this place any time.

I spent 10 days here with my wife and two daughters (3 & 5). The apartment is beautifully furnished and, above all, what is always important to us, very clean. Everything for daily needs was provided (e.g. Zewa, detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc.) we would not have had to bring anything😁. All in all, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown. Communication with the landlords was also very good - short response times and always helpful. A summary of the location, activities, etc. was available in the apartment. This has proven to be very helpful. The beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. By car it takes about 3 minutes and there are endless parking spaces (at the level of Dog Beach). For families with children, I would definitely recommend the 'Emily Beach' (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the parking lot). All in all, it was a very nice vacation and we would love to come back! 😊👍

Nice space close to swimming and kayaking and a short walk to a mall with grocery store and shopping. I would definitely come back!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
