Holiday rentals with a patio in Pula

Martino e i suoi genitori sono stati molto accoglienti, gentili e simpatici, l’alloggio è nuovo, pulitissimo e molto spazioso. La zona è molto tranquilla e in macchina si possono raggiungere spiagge molto belle con facilità, il centro di Pola si raggiunge invece a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Un soggiorno qui è davvero consigliato.

Wir haben uns bei Ratko sehr wohl gefühlt!! Die Wohnung war sauber und super groß. Der Weg zum Strand ging 15 min zu fuß und war schön. Es gibt sehr sehr viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der nähe, sodass wir jeden Morgen frisch frühstücken konnten. Dankeschön 🙏

We only spent one night, but the apartement was very nice and has everything you need. It's super close to the city center and we appreciated the option to park on the premises. Only minus for us was the fact that the apartement is on 5th floor with no elevator. :)

Le logement était très propre, spacieux avec des lits confortables, très agréable ! Je recommande fortement ce logement :)

We had a really nice stay at Marino‘s apartment. Check-in was easy in and Marino had some helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants in and around Pula. For urgent matters he was quite easy to reach. We highly recommend Good Vibration 2 for your holiday with the whole family.

Praktisches und schönes Studio für 2. Auch als Katzenhaar-Allergiker geeignet, das haben wir getestet 😄 Es ist alles da, was man braucht und in 5min Fahrzeit (oder 30min Laufen) einige schöne Spots zum Schnorcheln oder Angeln. Annette war uns immer direkt behilflich und wir durften auch etwas später auschecken - wir würden immer wieder bei ihr übernachten! 😊

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zwei große Schlafzimmer mit sehr gute Betten, Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und Schlafsofa sehr gut auch zum schlafen, Küche ein Traum, drei Balkone, mit Jasna sehr gute Kombination, Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wir können nur sagen alles war sehr schön, Danke 💖

We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment in on the 2nd floor and is very near to a bakery, a supermarket and most importantly the arena and the sea. great location! very central. The apartment also has all the amenities once could need. Tanja was very helpful in accommodating us for a late check-in. And was very responsive to any questions that we had and tried her best to always help :) The apartment is in very good condition as well. and the private parking is a blessing in the center of Pula.

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und sehr gefallen. Michael war immer direkt erreichbar, wenn Rückfragen aufgekommen sind. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, wir konnten von dort aus sehr viel unternehmen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal buchen.

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour dans l’appartement de Tanja qui est une hôte d’une très grande gentillesse, à l’écoute et très réactive. L’appartement nécessite une voiture mais est bien situé, à 5/10 minutes de toutes les commodités nécessaires : supermarchés, centre-ville, restaurants, plages, etc. Le logement est petit mais fonctionnel et cocooning. Il dispose du nécessaire pour cuisiner, se laver et se détendre. Il y a une petite terrasse pour se poser et pour faire sécher les affaires mouillées. Il y a suffisamment d’espace pour que tout le monde puisse parquer son véhicule à l’ombre, dans un espace tout à fait sûr. Le quartier est très calme. Bref, tout était parfait pour passer un bon séjour dans la magnifique région qu’est l’Istrie. Pula est aussi stratégiquement bien placé pour visiter les autres villes à proximité comme Fazana ou Rovinj qui sont accessibles en 30 à 45 minutes. Je recommande vivement ce logement et cette région, vous en serez ravis !

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

We had a great stay at Valentina's place, the apartment was very clean and cute, check-in was also very easy, the host was very kind and responsive to messages, we highly recommend it!

Anja war sehr nett und Freundlich. Einfacher Check-in u. Out. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, neu und Modern. Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pula waren zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. (ca.30min) Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. :)

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The whold experience was great, great value for money, property was better than exoected. The location was really good. We've been to pula 4 times before and discovered and whole new area. And cant fault anythjbg about petra apartment, everything was excellent and excelled in our expectations
