Luxury modern apartment near the beach

Perfectly located apartment on the second floor in a residential building built in 1989. walkin distance to the most beautiful beaches Lungo mare . You practically don't need a car for shopping, restaurants, beach bars and a host of activities for you and your family or friends. One of the most beutiful beaches of Southern Istria is only 300 m away. My place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Centar is located 1,5 km from the apartment.

Dear guests, apartment is newly renovated in 2019. You can use new kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We decorated it with love and care so you feel welcome and relaxed. It is situated on excellent location,5 min walking you have post office, bakery,bus station,beach and biggest shopping mall in Istria Max City!You can park your car and forget about it.I will give you advice where to eat and what else to see. Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.

Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and 1 min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,watch movie cinestar,eat wok...).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , 2 bus station Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift with beach bar on the water :-)

My little cozy Studio Apartment is suitable for two people. It is newly restaurated (May 2017.) and has separate entrance and little yard with table and chairs in whitch you can chillin and enjoying fresh air. You have a free parking space in front of Apartment. A modern equipped kitchen (electric stove and refrigerator with freezer) will help you to enjoy your cooking on holiday. A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.

The apartment (66 sq meter) is situated in a quiet environment, only 500 m from the beach, in one of the most beautiful parts of Pula. Is located on the third floor with stunning view of the port and the belfry with a bronze figure of an angel. In neighborhood you have so many beaches to choose. If you want an active vacation, you can run trough the wood only 300 m of the apartment. In front of the house parking is free.

Apartment is on the ground floor and it have private entrance and private bathroom. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function.
