Very nice house, tastefully decorated in a quiet and relaxing environment. Matthias is responsive and did everything for our comfort and to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this rental, thank you Matthias!

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

We had a friendly welcome from Deborah, Simon, and their dog. The Coquet Cottage was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like linen bedding and a nice kitchen area. The grounds were beautiful, our dog loved spending time outside. The outdoor tub was very welcome on a hot day. The hosts recommended the local lake and some dog walking routes. A beautiful part of France, only wish we could have stayed longer!

If you’re looking for peace, solitude, beauty & nature then look no further than Vincent’s wonderful home , the views from the pool are spectacular, and the Gite itself is simply perfect, everything is finished to an impeccably high standard , Vincent is the perfect host , offering help when needed , he made us feel totally at ease from the moment we arrived but, gave us absolute privacy , we will definitely return & have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful place to others .

Wow, we just loved this beautiful house. Marine and Jean Marc have a truly special spot, perched high up on a hill, with the incredible character of an old house but all the modern touches. It truly is a work of art inside and out. We felt lucky to spend a week in this delightful house and Jean Marc and Marine couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The pool was lovely and the outdoor areas are so peaceful and relaxing. The town is close by on foot or just a minute or two away by car and has everything you may need, and the Thursday market is spectacular, but there are also many special shops and spots to visit in the region. It’s a really wonderful house, one of our favorites that we’ve stayed in on Airbnb. Hope to return one day and highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. Thanks so much!

From our initial enquiry Thomas was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thomas and felt straight at home. The house itself is equipped with everything you would need and the decor is lovely throughout. The area around the house is vast and there are many different spots to sit and relax. There is some traffic noise to be heard from the road. From the canoes sailing down the river to the hot air balloons and the incredible scenery, it’s just magnificent. The house is well situated near to dozens of local villages, gardens, castles, shops and restaurants. We weren’t short of anything to do for the 2 weeks we were here. Thank you for creating such a beautiful home in the Dordoigne.

I did not have the chance to meet Margaux but I was well received by "the ladies the chickens"😁, the instructions are very clear, the accommodation is as described, cocooning, everything is thought out so that we have a good time... being in the area 3 times a year for professional reasons, I will come back with pleasure

We had a great stay at Benoit's, who was very welcoming and very responsive to our requests. The accommodation is large, very well equipped, and very pleasant. Whether inside or outside, everything is impeccable. We particularly enjoyed the air conditioning in the house and the pool, with this heatwave weekend. Thanks again to Benoit for hosting us. Debbie and Christopher are very hospitable people, the apartment is cozy and we slept very well! The swimming pool is ideal as well as the view of the valley, the welcome package was very much appreciated. We received information about the region and market days. We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

What can I say other than SUPERBE !!!! Falker and Lazhar were the most wonderful hosts. We felt so welcome from the second we arrived and so did our little dog Rubie who quickly made friends with August and Luise. The surrounds were so tranquil and well kept and the pool was amazing during the warm afternoons. Amazing views of Villeneuve Sur Lot from the garden. We were sorry to leave as Falke waved us off and I’m sure we will return when we drive to the U.K. in the future. Thank you Falke and Lazhar with love from Marie and Ian - A bientot xxxx

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.
