Great accommodation offered by Lionel. Description and equipment compliant! The spa available, BBQ, deckchairs, etc. Great! Communication with our host was very easy. Close to the beach and shops within walking distance (1 km). As usual, the mattress was a little too soft for us (note: nothing to do with age as it was new) but that's just personal!!! In any case, we recommend it without hesitation! Thank you again!

Christel is a great host, who immediately puts you at ease thanks to her good mood and her little touches. We had a great stay, the house is just like the photos. If we have the opportunity, we will surely return to Christel's house.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is superb, well appointed, quiet, with a very nice decor in a super quiet environment. A small haven of peace where you like to stay or come back after a day outdoors. The private jacuzzi is really appreciated. The mattresses are very cosy. The apartment is well located, close to town, the beach and there are many possibilities for bike hikes from there. We were a little too early in the season to enjoy the pool but again it is beautiful. Anyway, it's really great to stay in this place. Thanks to Thomas for his precise instructions and for his responsiveness to our questions. Recommended 100% for a short or longer stay. Only happiness. Thank you very much Thomas:)

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

An unforgettable stay in a beautiful setting! We were lucky to meet Véronique, an exceptional host, both warm, caring and full of good advice to discover the region. Our stay was most enjoyable, we were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi in a period of high heat. The environment is superb, quiet and perfectly located to visit the surroundings. A beautiful encounter and a beautiful experience that we will not forget!

An incredible stay. Beyond our expectations! Despite the lack of a Jacuzzi (we knew it when we arrived), we had a great stay. with a 3 and a half year old child, the place was suitable. Sublime house, quiet and everything was clean.

Very pleasant accommodation and a relaxing setting in the middle of nature, Well arranged and functional, well located, close to lakes and hiking sites, warm welcome from the owner who takes care to welcome us with a few attentions. I thank him for that. Marlène S.

Passing through the area, we only spent one night at Michel's, but it is certain that if we pass through the area again, we will return! Practical arrival and departure thanks to the key box, smooth and friendly communication by message. The cottage is very nice, bright, spacious and clean, you feel good there... The small pool is enough to cool off and the terrace is very nice. The foosball is a plus, the air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms too! The whole family enjoyed the visit to the "sosos" without forgetting our Labrador because to top it all off, the cottage is dog friendly.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Very quiet, spacious, terrace without opposite neighbors. Welcoming, responsive, and accommodating host. We would recommend this listing.

Corinne is a responsive and pleasant host, the house is spacious and clean, well equipped, the garden is fenced. A small crossroads market is within a 5-minute walk (ideal for last-minute forgetfulness), the Vendres ponds within a 15-minute walk (be careful a nice climb is on the course but easily achievable) Corinne warned us that the house was available before the scheduled time, super nice because we were in advance, and finally thank you so much for the little touches. I highly recommend this listing

Very happy with our stay at the property. This is the second time we have been in this accommodation. Everything is perfect: location, comfort, sea view, shops nearby. We'd love to go back and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Romain's. The place is peaceful and invites you to find a rhythm of life adapted to our needs, our sensations, our desires, all in connection with nature. Romain is a very friendly, welcoming, available, and authentic host. The bottle of wine, offered on our arrival, is perfect to accompany a good meal, and we also recommend the purchase of the olive oil produced on the estate which is succulent. The accommodation is large, pleasant to live in, well-equipped, and everyone can easily find their space while meeting on the terrace for friendly moments with an unobstructed view of nature. The estate is home to a large number of sheep, which is a real plus for children. We will come again!!!

Antonio is a very good host. He has a nice and clean house for his customers. You should consider to rent one of his houses. The environment is nice. But not much to do in the town. You need a car to do some visiting in the surrounding environment.

Very functional accommodation and ideally located for those who want to enjoy the Canal du Midi. Quiet and closed residence, safe for children. Very good stay. I highly recommend it.

Very beautiful house both inside and outside. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Florence was not there, everything is done by phone, very responsive to my questions and very good advice for visits to do around.

We had a very good stay at Cedric's, the house is very well located in the middle of the olive trees, the pool is great! We went with an 8-month-old baby and coming from Belgium we were able to borrow a bathtub, a high chair and a travel cot which prevented us from cluttering an already well-loaded car. A big ☺️ thank you to him☺️. We were also very well received the first day with clear explanations and good plans to visit and eat around...

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.
