The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

We rent a cottage in Rääkkylä on the shore of Orivesi (Samppaanselkä) about 67 km from Joensuu. The year-round cottage (84m2) sleeps 6. Peaceful place. The cottage is well equipped. The air source heat pump cools in summer and heats in winter. Grill hut in the yard. Rowing boat in use. Great road connection. Come and enjoy the cottage life to the beautiful natural landscape, the south shore. Check-in time at 3pm and departure time at 12pm.

Renovated historic cottage

Along the narrow waters, a historic castle room wow Savonranta by the Orivirra that connects Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the surroundings renovated to its new splendor.
