Villa holiday rentals in Puerto Plata Province

Loved the pool table it was very cool temperature and I’d like to come back for a longer stay in the future. Also appreciated the host giving me a deal on the stay

This place makes a fantastic base in Cabarete. The private pool is amazing and they've done a beautiful job with the aesthetic. The beds are very comfortable too! It was a wonderful place to stay with my small family. They even provided a pack and play for my baby. Overall, I'd book again in a heartbeat and recommend this stay to others. A couple things I will mention are that the kitchen is beautiful, but there are hardly any things to cook with, and the dishes aren't what you'd expect from a place like this. Also, we had some issues with both showers not draining very well. Even with these minor issues, I'd still highly recommend staying here, and hopefully some of these things are addressed for future guests.

We had a great stay at Paul’s place. The pool was amazing a lots of fun, the kids didn’t want to leave. Various coffee makers for everyone’s preference. Parking for two vehicles. ACs in every room and bathrooms were in great shape as well. We were able to explore a little of puerto plata but sometimes it was hard to leave to pool behind. Just make sure you have life jackets or floaties for the little ones because the pool really is about 5 feet deep all around but there is a sitting shelf fyi. I would definitely recommend and return on my next trip to puerto plata.

A super beautiful villa, a home feeling immediately upon arrival, everything nice and tidy. VERY nice spacious rooms, super terrace, also upstairs very nice cozy evenings. Simply perfect for repetition, We will definitely be back . It is a 2nd home to come to total peace. Great .

Man this place is exactly as advertised. It’s super beautiful. The sunset over the pool is breathtaking. Rooms are super huge. All king beds and complete privacy. You can play music and make noise without any complaints. This house was everything. I would stay here again over and over

My family and I, three generations, spend a lovely week at this wonderful villa. The villa was well represented by their photos, only it was more stunning in person. The view of the ocean, the amazing pool, kept us outside all day. Every one of us was so relaxed and we hardly left the place and this is with a 21 and 25 year old, who I would have thought had gotten antsy the second day. Not so. We would walk the beach, watch the horse back riders walk along the trails, sit and watch the crashing waves. It was gorgeous, relaxing and insanely enjoyable. We felt so safe there. We were pampered by Yalissa and Joaquin! Not one of our little wants went unmet. We had Jesus, the amazing chef, prepare us dinner every night. We could not think of a restaurant in all the Dominican Republic whose food would have been better. The presentation was beautiful and photo worthy. Frederick's was incredibly helpful before our trip, making the arrangements for our driver, Jose. Many thanks!

I have to start with saying that Ricardo's level of service is unmatched. His communication was thorough and very accommodating from the time we booked throughout the duration of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to restaurants and bars in the area. The house was beautiful from top to bottom, and I especially appreciated the decorative towels that had the villa's logo on them as well as the large logo over the gazebo in the backyard. Small details like this make you feel as if you're in 5-star resort that you have all to yourself. The housekeeper Emma was amazing, as well as the driver Joshua that we were set up with. Another thing I was impressed with was how strong the wifi was throughout such a large house, including the outside areas. That is a rare thing as I have learned from previous trips to the Dominican Republic, and it is just another reason why I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. I definitely will be back

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had an amazing time! The space was perfect, we had a big group and everyone had their own space and it didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The staff was so friendly and were there before we woke up with hot coffee ready for us. They cleaned our rooms every day and provided us with fresh towels. The house also provided water and ice which was so convenient. It felt like our own private resort. Ariel was quick to respond if we needed something and was really great with us. The house is tucked away in a gated neighborhood with security at the entrance. If you want to feel like you are in a resort but want your privacy for your group, this place is so great! It exceeded all expectations.

We had a great stay here. The views were amazing, the house was clean. The host were always available and ready to help. We did have some expectations of a "fully stocked" kitchen. Missing items such as baking sheet, oven mitts, sale & pepper and if your a coffee drink there was no machine. Overall it was a great stay

Casa Palmera is the perfect place to stay in Cabarete, a perfect choice. Everything was better than we expected, the house is beautiful and fully equipped to enjoy a vacation or rest. The recommendations he made to us were all perfect. Elsa as a host is the best thing that has happened to me. If she has a house in every part of the country, I would like her to be my host. If you want to enjoy Puerto Plata, Cabarete/Sosua is the perfect place.

excellent place to stay around all activities. Loved the layout, pool and outside bar was excellent. Great party spot for boys or girls trip. Met all of our needs. Ethan's team will take care of all your needs from transportation, chef, etc

This place is certainly spacious, well-lit, private, and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool, it's actually a little larger than the photographs indicate. It was very clean and close to many restaurants and the beach. We also had delivery options from many restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. I would disagree with the description that there are ocean, beach and marina views although they are not far. There is a great view of the mountain from the backyard. While there is plenty of breezes and ceiling fans keeping the main areas cool, there is only A/C in the bedrooms which was fine for us. Be aware there is no pool umbrella or hammock outdoors as shown in the photos. We had a great time, had plenty of space, all the amenities we could ask for, felt safe and private and would consider staying again if we make it back to Puerto Plata.

This is the only place that I will stay when visiting the area. Jason was awesome and responsive at all times. He was proactive with all the instructions and what to expect. The place was very clean with white linens. WiFi was awesome, A/C in all bedrooms and main area. Very secure community and home. The pool was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, washer/dryer, filtered water available, etc. He also offers cleaning services and other conveniences. They also have a nice bbq area by the pool equipped with gas grill if you want to bbq. Very close the bustling downtown area while also quiet and nice private. Check in and check out was awesome and Jason was flexible for us as we had an early flight arriving and late flight departing. If you’re visiting the area, look no further!

We absolutely loved this villa. It was fully equipped with everything we needed! Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and for us to book last minute it was a very speedy process. I would definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you Melissa for everything!
