Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

I recommend it an excellent place to rest… The staff is very helpful and The wonderful beach, good food, I recommend the cabin #29 of Altagracia Mambo Rach, all good Visiting the manatee reserve,for photos of the Atlantic I loved, sands fell!! This Airbnb is in a hotel. The hotel has multiple suites consisting of different apartments. It’s extremely clean and beautifully designed. This place is located right on the beach in a great location. Just walk down the beach to multiple restaurants and bars. There was a leak in the first unit and we had to be moved to another unit. The reason I did not give a bad review was because the host was super responsive and handled everything wonderfully. Plus the new three bedroom unit was a major upgrade. Extremely professional helpful and responsive host We all definitely come back very soon

The property is located within mere minutes walking from the beach and minutes by car to 2 surrounding towns. The host is friendly and assuring to welcome hosts in a superbly managed environment. Best value in El Encuentro.

I would highly recommend Palma Cana to anyone who has plans to stay in Sosua! It is just a perfect combination of factors that makes this place unique: 1. Perfect location as you are very close (literally 15-20 minutes by foot) to Sosua beach and all the night life venues but at the same time far enough from the hustle & bustle those places create (loud music etc.); 2. Very friendly and caring host! I just can't say enough compliments to Radich who put maximum efforts to make my stay in Sosua pleasant; 3. Overall cleanliness of the place. i mean it is spotless clean. I guess that cleaning team makes very good job to mantain such level of cleanliness in tropical climate; 4. The amenities (TV, airconditioning, shower, water heater, matress etc.) are of high quality and in fully functional mode. I would separately mention the swimming pool that is large enough to make dips. So all in all Palma Cana is definitely my go-to place in Sosua! 10 out of 10 points!

The hotel was at the mountain, super quiet and comfortable. The room was perfect and clean. The restaurant had a great view and the food was excellent.

I had a great time a wonderful stay. It was a great environment easy access to restaurants and bars and I had a great night. Sleep definitely suggest checking out this Airbnb. I would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice room with a comfortable Queen sized bed, small living area and a clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water (no calentador needed). Rooms are behind a secure, electronic, locked gate. AC was great! Quiet area, which can be hard to find in Mao. Located just a few blocks from the park in the center of town and about a block and a half from The Colombian restaurant, one of the absolute best in town! Lovely ladies offered me tea, coffee, breakfast every time I came in and out. Would recommend!

Excellent accommodation, just adjust the room a little no. 3 and bathroom so that they are up to others. Beautiful areas and swimming pool, modern accommodation.
