Riin ist eine sehr sympatische Gastgeberin. Sie antwortet schnell und ist jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr stilvoll, mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Ihre Appartements sind sehr individuell und ansprechend gestaltet. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher und die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Auch gibt es ein wunderschönes Yogaloft mit toller Aussicht zum Trainieren. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und unser Hund wurde auch herzlich aufgenommen. Riin steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour à cet appartement. L'hôte, Sergio, répondait très rapidement et a été très proactif. L'appartement est bien situé, juste au dessus d'une boulangerie. Vivement recommandé.

The best thing about the property is the host is very available and there to help you navigate the area. If you aren’t staying at a beachfront hotel with support staff and it’s your first time in the area or you don’t speak spanish you will probably be very grateful you had riin as your host to help you figure things out. The property is gorgeous, it works well for a longer term rental. Riin helped me with kite and surf lessons as well as renting scooter to get to encuentro beach. Things to know are there are several units sharing the property, all are in the pictures so if one in particular catches your eye you may want to clarify which one you will be staying in. If having other guests or children around is an issue clarify that too. The property is in a quiet and safe area. probably the safest part as it is only local traffic. It is a 10-15min walk to the main gate depending on the pace. Then the beach and supermarket are right across the street.

This appartement is in an awesome residential complex with 3 nice pools, BBQ area, bar area etc. Highly recommended. The appartement is modern furnished and worked very well for us. You can easily walk to the big supermarket and the beaches. We would rent it again and can recommend it without any doubt.

La experiencia fue muy buena, Riin estuvo atenta en todo momento a como la habíamos pasado, inicialmente por desconocimiento teníamos la música muy alta, pero cuando algo pasaba ella nos escribía. Es igual a las fotos y es en un área residencial. Fue amable desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, tuvimos un buen trato.

What a beautiful place! We felt very safe and taken care of. The location is nice and close to the center of Cabarete. There’s a perfect distribution of communal spaces and enough privacy. If you’re looking for a place to relax, have fun, meet people, or enjoy some time alone - you’ll love this place.

Riin’s place was clean and cute. The other guests were quite pleasant. The neighborhood is quite safe and away from traffic. I’d do a long stay here again if I had the chance. Having Riin around was great as she’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging.

Lugar acogedor muy natural, Riin siempre está contestado lo mensajes, un cálido recibimiento por Ella. Mi familia y yo quedamos todos encantados. La entrada del lugar es totalmente segura, seguridad en el residencial y cuando llegas al lugar es cerrado y lo adornan bellos árboles,palmeras y una hermosa vegetación tiene una bella Terraza frente a la piscina es un Lugar perfecto para un buen descanso. Gracias Riin por ser tan agradable y hacernos sentir como en casa.

Mary s'occupe bien de ses invités. On se sent en famille dans un de ses appartements. La.plage est magnifique et le coin est plein de découvertes à faire.

El alojamiento de doña Ana es acogedor y fresco, da una sensación de amplitud en persona por la buena distribución de espacios. Los alrededores del apartamento dan una sensación de tranquilidad, y tanto la señora Ana como su esposo y sus mascotas son seres hermosamente agradables. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar, desde utensilios para la cocina hasta insumos para el baño. Estaba súper limpio, y tiene una ubicación perfecta para hacer diferentes actividades turísticas en Sosúa. Es uno de los mejores airbnb que hemos visitado, puesto que no hay forma de encontrarle peros, ya que cumple con las expectativas de un alojamiento completo. Cien por ciento recomendado de nuestra parte.

Para empezar... unas de mis mejores experiencias en èsta plataforma. Mary quien es la coanfitriona una chica SUPER PROFESIONAL me reciviò con tanto amor y se asegurò que todo estaba funcionando antes de irse. El apartamento super lindo y limpio y lo mejor de todo es que tiene TODO LO bàsico que vas a nesecitar en tu estadia. Éste va a hacer otro lugar que an̈ado a mi lista de favorites.

La zona aún no está 100% terminada, pero el hospedaje estaba impecable.

Perfekte Wohnung für 1 Person( max für 2) strandnah und ruhig. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war oder wenn es mal an einem Tag geregnet hat, konnte man gemütlich zu hause bleiben und sich mit seinen Netflix Account verbinden und Filme schauen.

Riin is a wonderful host with a wonderful place! Her place forms part of the nicest and safest place to stay in Cabarete with only 10-15min walk to the beach. Highlights of the stay were the Yoga Lounge and the Pool. At night you can enjoy the amazing jungle sounds from an abundance of insects in the surroundings. I also chose to work from her place and with the internet even heavy work like building websites and having lots of Teams calls the internet was functional. Riin herself was always responsive and helpful. She knows so many people and places and can recommend you to literally anything and anyone. I felt super welcome 🙏 You can meet scooters at her place which are perfect for vistiting other places close by. All in all 💯 recommended!!! PS: She also has an even nicer camp and location at Buen Hombre, about 3 hours from Cabarete. Make sure to check out her Airbnb Profile to see the amenities. It’s the perfect place if you want to do kitesurfing.
